Do not know where to start. Charlie is an incredible professional. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted. With us being out of state, he showed us many properties via youtube and narrowed it down from there. We decided on a new construction condo. Charlie would go there periodically and send us video updates. Charlie also really helped during the closing process as well. Highly recommend!
