I am using My oprator cloud base telephony software. It is very easy to use and helpfull. I would like to recommanded to this software for small organization. Because this is very costless and high productivity. You can get all call releted report easly like missed call, connected call, also get notification if any call missed. and put audio or tune on ring as you want.

One of the worst services which I have come across, Had subscribed for 1 year plan but recently asked them to Issue NOC for the number and terminate but I have not got the NOC and all the services are stopped from NOV. My calls and Emails are unanswered. FRAUDSTERS. They don't deserve one star also. Worst people.

Support and user interface is so terrible. There no direct option to discontinue a plan but you can quite easily upgrade one. You have to write to support for that. You cannot even edit your payment settings easily. Seems like a government setup. I cannot believe such companies continue to exist with such government-like implementation.

Small organisation and a lot of things to learn. But , i did not get if they do not hire girls then why they call girls for the interview. Its nearby the metro station. But the location mentioned was directed to the different locations. I don't know. It was trouble reaching them. However, they give results so quickly.

After paying the complete amount I kept on calling...

After paying the complete amount I kept on calling for a month but the sales team is so busy getting new clients that they forget onboard clients, once you pay they will never pick up the call, various new ppl will call saying they are the new relationship managers like the one who spoke a few days back is very ill(I got this response 3 times and can share screens), finally i reached out to big man Ankit (CEO) , he assured immediate action and did exactly what his team members used to do(You guessed it right - don't pick calls, typical ostrich strategy and I even called him rat).
I had to struggle to get the refund and now after all this hard work i have set up Google alert so that whenever Ankit will go for a pep talk I will meet and greet him there.

Very poor and fraud company. They will give you lucrative prices and discounts and will give you fixed call forwarding minutes and restricted channels because of which calls wont get connected and your services will hamper like anything. Maximum times your call wont get connected. Worst service. Wont recommend it to anyone. I have Asked for refund so they have stopped picking up my calls and not replying to emails. They dont have any physical presence or office in maharashtra. So its very difficult to get refund also. Beware of my operator guys.
