LIKE IT THEY CAN DRIVE TO AND FROM BUT SOMEONE NEW THEY FORGET TO STOP , YES THEY DO NEED TO RUN LATER HOURS HOLIDAY SEASON SHOPPING AREAS, OF COURSE RAISE BUS FARE JUST THE SMALL BUSES, STAY ON MAIN ROUTES WHY DRIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD,,, BRING HOMETOWN VALUE BACK TO TOWN..AFTER HOURS BUS, 7pm7am late night shoppers
I wish they ran a little later and little earlier on certain days for those that depend on them to get to and from work.

Y'all truly need to get rid of cranky Frankie. First time I ever used bus was my last time. Beliggerant old shellshocked drill sergeant might work in the service but we are not your subordinates while on your bus. He passed us up at our stop and stopped about fifty feet away and accused not one but two of us of not having our hands in the air to inform him we wanted on bus. He wanted to argue over it and I told my friend just take a seat as this fool was a notch or two too elevated for something so trivial. If anyone should have been upset it should of been us. He then proceeds to inform me that there is no cussing on the bus and at this point I can tell I am dealing with a bully as I was not cussing. If telling your friend to just don't argue with him and sit down is cussing than I have a filthy mouth. The fool then starts to drive as we have not yet taking our seat and then brake checks us the moment we speak back to him to inform him that no one was even speaking. He flew off the handle at this point and asked me if I would like to walk and I replied that I have like two to three blocks only to go so you will not be incoveniencing me or my friend in the slightest. I informed him where are stop was and where we were at and that we would probably arrive at the same time or even beat him to our destination. He then stops the bus, stares for about twenty seconds and then drives off. You really need to hire better people for I avoid your bus now at all cost.
It's not very convenient running once an hour but you can get anywhere in town for $1.50

Some drivers drive like it's a racecar -- hard on the accelerator, hard on the brakes. Some don't lower the bus for someone with a cane. A few friendly drivers -- Jerry, for one. Some downright surly drivers.
Poor Management!! Every time a customer has an issue, don't see any changes! Overcrowded buses during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the city mayor stated no more then 10 people on a bus!
This is the second time the bus would run early and not wait at the stop. I was at the bus stop 4 minutes early with two kids and the bus did not come by. All they said was "sorry you missed the bus, don't know what to tell you" then hung up. I was 4 minutes EARLY to the dang stop!
Stay out of Pioneer Park, move your bus stop off Angus and up to the HopnSac. It would be better for all, thank you.
Wonderful receptionist. Wonderful bus drivers. Buses are very clean every time I ride them. I would've given five stars, I wish the buses ran up until 10pm. Great jobs Lats
The service is horrible they won't wait for 1 or 2 minutes before leaving behind a bus that is a little behind on time.
Good service that has helped me get around when my vehicle stopped working. Only wish their hours ran longer.
I used to ride the buses when I had a truck. It was in the shop so I rode the bus. It was cool the only problem is. I wished they ran later at night. At least till 10pm.
Over the past 2 weeks I spoke to your dispatcher on buses that did not show up, I was hung up on three times, I was lied to directly. When asked to speak to a manager no response just hung up. Continue to call and get no response. I'm going to find out who the governing commission is because, I have six Witnesses at this particular location and 5 Witnesses at the previous location. If the dispatcher need or is compelled to lie common then the light has to be more believable than the bus took a wrong turn. Or the bus came by at 52 minutes after the hour, when in fact it never came by. You will be hearing more for me on this matter soon
don't bother calling. no one will answer the phone. horrible customer service.
