About MyCLIC
MYCLIC’s mission is the prevention of cardiovascular disease and improving lifestyle by online intervention. MYCLIC stands for My Cardiac Lifestyle Intervention Check.
The collaboration between the founders of MYCLIC was established in 2006, due to the launch of the HAPPY project at the University Hospital of Maastricht. The HAPPY team was involved with measuring the health and lifestyle of the local residents of Maastricht as well as the staff of the Academic Hospital of Maastricht.
When the HAPPY project ended in 2010, the team, consisting of cardiologists, health scientists and ICT-staff initiated the MYCLIC BV.
