The owner is Rude, would mot offer an apology for providing incorrect information over the phone causing me to drive hours trying to buy an item for my daughters school project. Actually had an attitude when I was I store too.

A toy shop inside Australia Fair Shopping Center. This shop is located close to the elevator providing easy access. A relatively bigger shop with a good variety of toys which children love. Prices are fairly reasonable and some are bit overpriced compared to other nearby department stores.
They are definitely not lacking a great variety of stock at reasonable prices. What let's them down is their staff. They have 0 customer service skills and really aren't too bother to assist when you ask them a question like you are bothering them
i had a really bad experience from the toy i bought from them for 120$ .. the worst toy shop i ever shop

They had a mislabeled price tag on an item(last of its kind) and treated me like I had tried to swap the tag. Poor service and no apology offered.
A middle aged female staff yelled at me and my baby who is only 19 months old when she was crying. I was very shocked and I wanted to call police.
Looks really good inside they have moved just across to the other side where they were previously located and it looks and it looks bigger inside

Great selection but toys generally priced more when compared to like items elsewhere. But wont return again all thanks to grungy looking girl at the counter who was pushy and curt unfitting of a toy store employee
Not recommended go elsewhere bad staff rude and store at 10:30am stock everywhere went for my sons bday bought items that came with batteries and discovered that they are flat and I have to spend more in fuel and time to go back to replace item..

This is our son's favourite toy store, the selection of toys is very good, we do purchase toys from here, however, we can quite often find the same item at kmart or target for less money, sometimes there is quite a difference in price, especially in lego. The staff here are lovely and helpful, but unfortunately we will quite often go where the price of the item is cheaper.

A hidden gem - one of the nicest toy stores I have visited. My kids were thrilled with the varied selection of toys and models not seen anywhere else. Well recommended.

Was after a teddy bear and they had just what I was after a bit costly for my tight budget but well worth the quality material.
