My Pad Real Estate Reviews

Upon moving in my apartment displayed roach and mice infestation. Being on social security I do not have the luxury to pack up and move. I paid for exterminators out of my pocket. The ceiling leaked for over a year before they fixed it. Now, my ac is not working in the hottest month and waiting for a response. There are no humans to call, it’s all through portal. Ok. Now, they have begun to charge tenants for paying rent through portal. No options given. A $100 late charge on the second day of month. No grace period whatsoever. Upon moving in they were still placing linoleum on floor. Mind you, move in date was pushed back two weeks due to their incompetence. Two weeks in limbo put a big dent with my psyche. Biggest mistake moving here. I stress to all, My Pad properties, LLC are slumlords.

What a absolute joke to deal with

Took all the bond with fake claims
Never again

Had mostly fantastic dealings with Chris, the principal. Unfortunately Michele (SENIOR property manager) is rude, condescending, and absolutely unprofessional

Purchased house from My Pad over 6 years ago in New Beith and just sold it using My Pad. Chris the owner would have to be the best real estate agent I have dealt with. Now over the years have purchased 5 houses and sold 4 ... so far... If you want a down to earth tell it like it is, friendly, knowledgeable, excellent, efficient and just an all round nice guy to deal with and sell your house OR buy one from he is the person to go with. No chocolate coating and over pricing and knows what he is doing. AND save yourself some money using high commission real estate agents. SOLD within 12 days after listing... excellent work Chris excellent work.

Rude, inconsiderate, abusive and dosent follow rta guidelines michelle will yell and abuse you for requesting maintenance. Missplace rent you paid and credit it to someone else and charge you water for a house that isnt water efficant i recomend that you NOT rent through these guys. Absolutely disgusting behaviours
