My Out Desk is a great option when you need a virtual assistant! They do all the heavy lifting to find the best candidate and assist with management in order to get up and running ASAP.

Do not hire or work for this company.
Daniel Ramsey is a terrible, unethical and borderline (TBD soon) illegal business person.
Horrible pay, terrible service offering, C-suite is scary (like actually freaks out and acts like they need meds) and all in the name of greed.
Recently they jacked up prices so it's actually cheaper to hire in the US than in the Philippines. Makes no sense, but the greedy owner Daniel Ramsey is dying to be some big shot and he is screwing everyone over.

Just steer clear or you will end up with a lot wasted money, wasted time and if you're wondering... most of the entire US office quit or will only work from home. How about that for a company?

MOD has a very easy process. Anj ( our on-boarding specialist) was fantastic! Very clear in direction, friendly, smart and thorough.

We ve been with MOD for 7 years now and couldn t be happier. They matched us with two VA s very quickly and the support we receive from them is invaluable. Highly recommended!!!

Cons
Poor benefits Covered up with an offset of higher pay. Job expectations do not meet job descriptions or pay scale. Owners are not on the same page and don t work well together. Owner/CEO D. Ramsey makes many unethical business decisions. Legally questionable business practices HR and financial issues. Owner views clients and employees are expendable. Borderline sexual harassment issues.

Advice to Management
Re-evaluate C-Suite. Hire experienced HR, Legal, Compliance, Financial Specialist and Sales Leaders. Be honest to employees, potential hires, clients and business partners. Seek Leadership Training and Professional Coaching for all Executives.

Working with MOD has been a pleasure. They have been very responsive & professional, and have assisted with the transition of using virtual professionals. I would recommend them for anybody who is looking to outsource work to assistants.

In the beginning stages of using this company. so far they have been very professional.

My firm utilizes 10 full-time VA's from MyOutDesk in our sales, customer service, administrative & even IT department with stellar results. It's allowed us to quickly add staffing to meeting the demands of our growing business, and our VA's are smart, hard-working, and excellent communicators (sometimes a slight accent, but that's never been an issue).

I think the reason for our success is the excellent screening & interviewing process that MyOutDesk uses - we've tried a few outsourcing companies in the past, but had disappointing results and honestly if felt like most outsourcing companies were fly-by-night operations. MyOutDesk is a real company, and they're always helpful with support, sourcing new staff, and working with us on any issues that arise (which is rare). I'd have to say they've been a giant asset to our company!
