My firm utilizes 10 full-time VA's from MyOutDesk in our sales, customer service, administrative & even IT department with stellar results. It's allowed us to quickly add staffing to meeting the demands of our growing business, and our VA's are smart, hard-working, and excellent communicators (sometimes a slight accent, but that's never been an issue).

I think the reason for our success is the excellent screening & interviewing process that MyOutDesk uses - we've tried a few outsourcing companies in the past, but had disappointing results and honestly if felt like most outsourcing companies were fly-by-night operations. MyOutDesk is a real company, and they're always helpful with support, sourcing new staff, and working with us on any issues that arise (which is rare). I'd have to say they've been a giant asset to our company!
