Having just gone through a lengthy buying process, Wendy was terrific at keeping all parties on course. She kept me advised and held the solicitors to account. Buying for the first time can be very stressful and confusing, and she was a steady hand.

Do not recommend. Asked them for fully manage my property. They transfer it to a stirlingackroyd without my permission. The new company doesn t even know my property is fully managed. Slow in response. Never response to me regarding discontinue the contract but will response to other emails . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Do not use their services. Awful and irresponsible.

Utterly useless property managers, happy to charge high admin fees yet when it actually comes to doing their job they couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag. Avoid using them is you are a landlord, they are not worth the 15% service fee every month, if you're a tenant expect to have to forward your own email 4 or 5 times to get something simple like a professional clean or the inventory 5 weeks after moving in to the property.

Excellent service. I have sent an e-mail to the office yesterday (Sunday 25/06) late in the evening and had a response very promptly the next day. I was at work so was not able to take the call, so Emily kindly left me a voicemail as well as responded to my email. I believe it is a true reflection of excellent customer service. Thank you.

Wendy Gould managed by property sale for a second time, and unsprinsingly, she was amazing in ensuring the sales both progressed, and kept everybody involved honest. The transparency throughout the process was fantastic and eventhough there were road bumps she was superb in always keeping communication lines open and clear and driving us forward. Clearly an asset to MyLondonHome, and i very much look forward to working with her again
