Muttville Senior Dog Rescue Review

Muttville is an adorable dog rescue facility for senior dogs. Virtually every Saturday and Sunday they have adoption events, or you can schedule an appointment to go during the week.

What a fantastic organization! We just adopted a wonderful older gentleman at the adoption fair. We spoke with several members of the organization as well as the loving foster family. The process could not have been more warm, pleasant and friendly. They clearly get to know all the dogs and work to find the best placements for them. We also got the chance to meet the dog and introduce him to our dogs and humans in a family room type setting.
It's all I can do not to go back and get another one today!

I could not believe how wonderful this place is. I took an old dog from our shelter to be placed at Muttville. Everyone was so nice, there were dogs everywhere which was amazing!! She is in such good hands with this group. The dogs were so happy and so calm and so loved by so many people. I can t wait to go back. Maybe spend some time in their Cuddle Room with a couple dogs. Please visit this place, you will have a boost of life. These little oldsters have so much life.

Great people taking great care of amazing little beings. Totally worth coming, even if it's just for a visit to play with them.

It's such a nice place for all the senior pups looking to get a new home! The dogs might not be puppies anymore, but many of them are still full of energy and most importantly love to share with their new family. Everyone working at Muttville seems to genuinely care about every single dog they take in and they go above and beyond to help the pups find new forever homes. I would never have imagined that a dog shelter could be so joyful and I can only imagine how much hope that gives all the fantastic senior dogs that come in there. Thank you everyone at Muttville for all the amazing work you do for the senior doggies! True heroes who love their rescue dogs (seniors) and protect and care for them until they can be placed in excellent forever homes. Lots of lives saved!

I absolutely adore muttville, and given half a chance I would adopt everyone of those elderly babies.
The staff there are really sweet and knowledgeable. Sadly I'm not able to have a dog where I live, but I love going to Muttville between 12-4pm on Saturdays and Sundays when they have an open house to play with all the dogs, and take them for walks.
It's great for little kids too, I always too the young children I nannied, to visit the pups.
