Music Kafe Review

Lack commitment, called multiple times and waited more than a week just to get information of a product available or not! I felt their attitude towards customer is ridiculous! I guess they are very rich people and not bothered if the products get sold or not or perhaps they cater to only professional musicians! Finally, I was asked to pay 50% of the total amount (=around 30K) of a product in advance which was supposed to be delivered in 10 days! Got better deal in Bragenza, professional people, 10% advance, delivered in 5 days..

5 Star! Don't believe me? Just check them out. I have ordered a Fender Bullet Stratocaster and Blackstar ID: Core 10W V3, though they took about 10 days to deliver it to me. I didn't mind it, you know why? Because with the major market of Chinese products in India, I got Made in Indonesia Guitar. I love it. All were in perfect condition when I got it. By the way, There was a guy in-store who can play Pink Floyd so well. Affordable Price and Better Service :) I suggest whoever reading this to buy from this store because you get same price as online and you can check before you buy.

Customer interaction is very poor. I have been there multiple times and in every case was left ignored and unattended while the staff chatted among themselves or with who I assume are their regular clients. Went to buy a new guitar and ended up purchasing from Roland Pro Music down the road since they didn't want to bother showing me their stock.

Great place for servicing and buying guitars and other instruments . Mustaque da, the owner is a great guitar fixer.. He has always helped me fix my instrument and tried his best to keep up to my expectations.. Overall, it is a good experience going there everytime..

Great place to buy any type of instrument, especially a digital piano. Most other stores that I checked either didn't have any digital piano or were grossly overpriced. Finally found the model that I wanted in Music Kafe at a reasonable price.

A music store with a pretty good stock of instruments and recording equipment. They house some impressive inventory from local makers to international brands. The prices are decent and the staff does not push you to make a hasty purchase. I personally enjoy the experience of buying my instruments from Music Kafe.

Complete harassment of customer, ordered a guitar, they said it will take 7-10 days, ended up taking 1 month and still didn't provide me with the product, called them up hundreds of times, and was ignored, thoroughly disgusted with their service.

Location is perfect..Not d bst,but good shop..but a bit more friendly behavior towards coustomer was expected...and items like keyboards are not displayed before the purchase.

The behaviour of the staff there is not at all appreciable. They hike up their prices and then claim to give discount. Instruments are covered with scratches.
