Guys to update your CPF registration, you don't have to go to BB branches first, you will pay a (unnecessary) fee of seven reais. The service is very slow (I spent 3 hours at the agency) and the employees do not know how to inform or proceed correctly. The result is that the employee (who was unable to complete the registration update), referred me to the Ipanema Federal Revenue and wrongly told me that there would be no need to schedule. I was not answered and lost 2 business days with these attempts. The employees at this agency have no idea what they are doing. The CPF is free and requires no pre-service. Schedule and go straight to the recipe!

Good service. Whenever I go there, I am well attended by management. Up to the present date, I have no complaints exactly. Observation only during office hours to the public q is reduced, as now in the pandemic it is closing at 14h. The q causes queues. Inevitable! However, there is an organization, there is a queue for access to cashiers and another to talk (resolve) with management. Client Stilo also has specific service at the agency.

ONE OF THE WORST BANKING AGENCIES, FROM ONE OF THE WORST BANKS IN BRAZIL. Simply pitiful. Grumpy attendants, managers who do not lend themselves to good service. This agency and its employees would need to go through RECYCLING URGENTLY !!!!

Manager who does not return call and solves nothing. Size neglect with the customer. If you need anything urgent forget that this agency does not give a damn. We are more than 20 days trying to resolve a transfer. SLOW
