One Call Medical, Inc. Review

Anyone who didn't like working for this company was just not cut out for the work...the benefits are outstanding, the environment is such a pleasure to work in

The worst for scheduling appointments there is always a issue with them obtaining the necessary medical documents for your appointments

I found this company while researching less costly ct scan procedures than a hospital. I was able to print off the referral form from their website and have my physician complete and fax it back to them. I received a call within a couple of hours from One Call Medical in which I was able to find an imaging facility to do my ct scan less than 30 miles away, schedule an appointment literally 4 hours after the phone call, complete my ct scan and have it back to my physician all in the same day!! No complaints from me.

Do not use this company. My son was to receive much needed medical supplies for severe burns onmay24. They did not arrive till today June 5 when his treatment is now over. The company could not give me a satisfactory explanation.

This company makes many mistakes. They are responsible for scheduling hi-tech imaging for patients (example: MRI, CT). We are forced to use this company as many worker compansation companies have contracts with One Call. One of the biggest problems I have with the company is our orders are frequently filed instead of processed due to a lack of information. However the information required is always on the order. One would think that if there is a problem that stops the order from being completed the company would contact the ordering facility and request the information. This company also tries to send the patients to locations that are an hour plus away. Currently a location is contracted with this company a few minutes away. It is concerning that a company scheduling procedures for patients can be so sloppy.

This useless transportation company has consistently arrived late to pick me up for my doctors appointments and made me late for those appointments. They have also not picked me up for my physical therapy appointments after telling me they had someone to pick me up. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is criminal and they should be put out of business.

I hate reviews because there are so many liars who get paid to rate! They claim to call the patient, majority of the time , they have the wrong information, anything for money, corners cut.
