We stayed in this hotel for one night, the staff were friendly. They kept our luggage for several hours before check-in and after checkout, so we found more hour to visit Amsterdam. The room was big enough for two people. It was clean and well equipped.

Three day stay at Christmas.

Three day stay at Christmas.
It was a great booking. Rooms a bit small but very well divided between them. Then each room had its own themed headboard. You had the possibility to use the coffee with pods in the room and the mini bar as well as in the breakfast room, you could use the tea or coffee machine .. Staff more than kind and helpful. Great location, 5-10 minutes from the museums .. Really very nice.

Very ok place. Coffee and tea for free. Breakfast is expensive per person. On the corner of the street, there is a good place for pastries, where you can get hot pastries in the morning. Two breakfasts for 6 Euros and free coffee at the hotel.

Small and comfortable hotel. Room was clean. Nespresso coffee in your room was fantastic. Close to the tram made real easy to get in and out of Amsterdam core. I would stay there again

Nice location and good accommodation. Free beverage (incl nespresso) in the room. Only problem is air-conditioning noise (even when off); a little bit troublesome; we had 4 rooms and all of them had same issue. Bathroom are very nice. Beds are confortable even if maybe a little too soft. Friendly staff. Close to tram (closed for road construction during our stay ); near Van Gogh an Rijks Museum. Good bakery just outside for very nice fresh croissants (and trust me when I say they are good - I am French )

The hotel is in a quiet location, a stone's throw from the museum and a twenty-five minute walk from the center.
It is very clean, the quadruple room that was assigned to us very spacious and well furnished.
In the room there is a free mini bar and a Nespresso machine with pods.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I'm very satisfied.

Nice and centrally located. We spent three nights incl. Breakfast (Tuesday to Friday). The hotel is nice and attractively decorated, clean and tidy it is. Furthermore, everything looks very modern. The staff is friendly and courteous. Our room, a double bed room with a balcony and bath, was small but adequate. The price was 120 per night (including breakfast) not cheap, but on average the local hotels. But there was also a free minibar and a coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was rich and fresh. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Van Gogh Museum. The tram is also only 100 meters away. Very central so. There is a drawback, however: the rooms were very noisy. The whole thing is not for people with light sleep. Nevertheless, a highly recommended place.

Great hotel, in a very nice area of Amsterdam located close to tram lines which gives easy access into town center. Staff friendly, and nothing was to much trouble. Rooms very comfortable and clean, with free cold and hot drinks included in the room price. Some fantastic bars and restaurants nearby. Will definitely return.

Great little boutique hotel in a great location.
Around a 35/40 min walk into the main Centre but only a few minutes away from all the major museums inc Van Gogh's.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We found the location was ideal and found plenty to do and see.
Well done,see you soon

The toilet was dirty and smelled of urine. The linen had holes in it. See pictures attached. Worse of all, all the rooms on the fifth floor had a smell of sewage coming from the drains. Management on our 2nd night had to move us to a different hotel which ended up being really far (30 minutes away) from museumplein due to the swage smell which they agreed was a problem. Awful experience. Oh and the minibar was not working in 2 rooms which we were moved to.

Advantages:

Advantages:
- very nice staff
- free coffee, minibar is refilled daily + free
- very good location
- Room very clean
- Pleasant prices

Disadvantage:
- very, very small rooms
- WiFi very bad
- Air conditioning is not working properly

Conclusion: on the whole ok. If you need more comfort, the hotel is not suitable.

It is a modern hotel close to the sights of Amsterdam. It has a well equipped room and a good bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast is charged separately and costs 12.50. Overall I would highly recommend staying there.

The rooms are nice, but small and not the best. The bed is uncomfortable, the cabinet has a capacity of 2 people. The cleaning is poor, dirty room. The breakfast area is small and can not be approached without waiting. It is well located and good for transport to any part of Amsterdam.

+ free drink at arrival

+ free drink at arrival
+ Location: Museum Area
+ Friendly and helpful staff
+ Drinks in room fridge for free
- price / quality (eg 278 euros for Saturday night Easter break for tiny double room.), Basement family room (371 euros / night Saturday)
- confusion concerning payment: a) make a reservation by phone at the same time internet booking (same arrangement) was apparently more expensive all of a sudden, so we booked online b) we had booked with breakfast included, receptionist reminded us two times we had to pay this extra c) my (creditworthy) parents never prepay in any 4 star hotel. In the Muse: every day the access to their room was denied for three days, they had to go to reception two nights in a row, and explain the situation to each receptionist d) prices range from 120 to +300 depending on time of payment , cancellation insurance and point of view receptionist / manager.
- very small breakfast area: if a group of 10 people wants to eat together, everybody else has to wait
- noisy in basement family room, noise hotel entrance easily penetrates through basement window. Quiet neighborhood though.

+ welcome with drink
+ location: close to museums
+ friendly and helpful staff
+ drinks in fridge for free!
- expensive for what it is (e.g. 278 euros for night Saturday Easter holidays for tiny double room), family room basement (371 euros / night Saturday)
- confusion about payment: a) reservation by telephone at the same time booking via internet = more expensive; b) promised including breakfast via email = receptionist tried twice to charge breakfast c) my parents never pay in advance (they are creditworthy) = denied access every day d) prices vary from 120 to +300 depending on the moment of payment, cancellation insurance and position receptionist / manager.
- very small breakfast room: wait if group of 10 people want to eat together.
- noisy: night noise in basement family room through basement window
- Mandatory speaking English at reception (ok, trainee in training but a bit bizarre).

Great hotel out of the chaos but very close to the museums. Within walking distance there are tram stops. Also very convenient for those arriving by plane, the airport there are shuttle buses that leave you at 400 meters from the hotel.
