Pretty dry, you really would need to be a Tintin fan to appreciate it (which I am not) they give you a kind of smartphone to give you some background to the exhibits. You can tell that they are trying so my stars are for effort but the amusement factor is lacking IMHO.

Either you're a big ,small, fan or occasional Tintin reader this museum is a must be. You will find original boards, objects music and more surprises . The building itself is a jewel. Audio Guide are well done but not adapted to children .

Lovely musuem to relive the childhood ! As a Tintin fan, absolutely loved the experience ! Little tricky to reach the musueum from Brussels ( take a train from Brussels Noord to ottignies- change into another train for the musueum from ottignies-). Recommend buying the round trip train + musueum entry combi ticket from the Brussels Noord station - it's economical and convenient. Spend half a day in the musueum to get the entire talent on display of Herge

Beautiful museum where the amazing work of Tintin is honored! A lot of history is told and there are many beautiful drawing original drawing to be seen. It would have been a bit more interactive for me, which would also make it more accessible to children.

A must for all Tintin lovers. But in the name of honesty, I expected something more spectacular, in class with the big moon rocket that stands in the departure hall at the airport.

Not really for kids, lacks interactivity for the little ones, but for nostalgic adults, it's a nice activity to do. Happy to have gone there. Bit sad the shop wasn't as well-stocked as it should have been.

The museum is in a building whose architecture is to see. The rooms are organized on three levels in blocks linked together by bridges allowing each chagetde block to have a different view of the space in the center of the museum. In the price of the entrance is included an audio guide with quality comments. Possibility to take a combined train ticket with the museum visit on the SNCB (B-excursion) adult price, young adult and children approximately 40% discount compared to tickets purchased separately. To see on the SITE SNCB.be attention it is necessary to print the notes on paper A4 Count between 2 hours and 2:30 of visit to read everything and watch.

Very nice museum, well arranged and pleasant to go. The audioguides are clear and the video passages bring a little interactivity. The comment is suitable for both adults and children.

It is sorely lacking in interactivity, an orientation more children and not only "adults". (And even adults today love interactive museums, right?) The building is also a beautiful creation. We enter a comic strip!

Nice and special museum about Herge, the artist who wrote Tintin. I learned a lot about the history of comics in addition to Herge and Tintin. I think you need to be a Tintin fan to be able to appreciate the exhibition.

Beautiful Museum, super well placed near the center of LOUVAIN LA NEUVE, good reception, but exposure little adapted to the children, and more directed towards an informed public. No atmosphere or staging, the films and interviews on HERGE are interesting, but it lacks a soul ... Nice discovery of LOUVAIN LA NEUVE, beautiful atmosphere on Saturday morning market day.

You don't have to be a Tintin enthusiast to visit this museum. Herg e's work is so versatile that there is plenty to enjoy. The museum is very beautiful and well-organized. The audioguide is very extensive and provides interesting additional information. The staff in the museum were friendly, but in the store and restaurant we felt almost too much, not very customer-oriented. Probably because of our poor French (we tried our best).

Indispensable whether or not you are a fan of tintin; Very beautiful museum and very well explained in relation to the historical contexts, we made a stop there after a weekend in Brussels, possibility to eat nearby

Fantastic museum, highly recommended. Obviously for Tintin-Fans, but the museum is designed in such a way that other visitors also benefit a lot, my wife can testify :-) handsome building. Signage to the museum and car parks could be a lot better.

We had a great time . The entrance comes with a self-guide that explains everything very easy and fun. And the memories are more or less the same price as in a shop in the capital. Negative point for the restaurant
