We have been with Murray & MacDonald for many years and they have always taken good care of us. Kimberly is the best, very knowledgeable & caring.

I have been a customer at Murray & MacDonald for quite some time. What makes them unique is their excellent customer service. As an example reps suggest options which can save you money. This was not the case when I lived in Boston, & later, the South Shore area. They value their customers, & we in turn, value them.

I was greeted promptly upon my visit even though I had never been to this agency before. , My needs were met with my switching over to a new agency . I had to switch to a new local agent who carried what i currently had for insurance company's. Larah was knowledgeable of all . I was switching over agents because my previous agency had burnt down. Larah was patient with me as I was nervous changing agency and wanted everything to go efficiently. b i have recommended Murray and Macdonald to several people now because of the professional attitude that was expressed to me .
