This is a dying company. I've done business with them as a dealer for a long time. Their website doesn't work on half the computers because of their security problem. We ask for ask for access to the dealer website it takes weeks and months to get anything done. They send us a machine with problems it takes a month to get anything back on a brand new machine. When I go to the website and try and download anything it comes across at the speed of a 56K modem. for Pete's sake you can't even type their web address in without the www in front of it. Are you guys not even trying over there. Sell out to Konica already. The one star I gave you is because you have a pretty good tech support department.
