I was hired to do a photoshoot in March. After many emails I was finally paid June 17th. It bounced. Now I have bank charges plus not being paid for my work. I thought it was strange they sent a check rather than doing a direct deposit as they indicated they would. Now I know why. Highly unprofessional company. Do not work for them.
We were looking for a company who would gives us ideas and suggestions on how to improve our business website. Although Munch Ado provides good suggestions and web design service, a lot of time and efforts are required on our part in order to make sure that we get the exact requirements we need. So far I can only say that their service can be improved.

I m writing this review to warn other candidates especially for Candidates in Middle East!!
I will tell my ODD experience with this unprofessional company by short steps:
They claimed that they wanted Social Media Specialist in DUBAI
they Made telephone Interviews
Getting stuck with unprofessional ppl due to they don t know hiring process in other countries
After made you waiting for long time they claimed that they accepted me
Suddenly they offer me to go for unknown training in India till my visa is ready, so I informed them no need to go for India as I can stay in Dubai and just only need new visa without exist the country
Then Send me contract WITHOUT signature
I signed the contract, and waiting for long
Then offered me again to go to Romania for non-sense reason.
So for someone did not make actual interview it s really weird to offer him to travel here and there without obvious plan, so I rejected politely.
After waiting for long days and I stopped searching jobs and cancelled 3 interviews ....then...
Surprisingly they sent me termination letter and claimed that they cancelled the project in Dubai!!
I informed them you should send me apology Letter instead of Termination letter since you wasted my time and kept me only hoping.
then they insisted to sign the termination letter which has Goodwill money
The HR in Romania requested me my bank account and IBAN and during that time she was emailing me from informal Email that belongs to Indeed jobs
I informed her that I ll send my bank details for your FORMAL Email as this is sensitive Info
I tried again to contact her more than 3 times but no respond, thus I informed her that will make this reviews so will not play this games with other people
They keep wasting my precious time for more than 60 days, they cost me time, cancelled 3 interviews, and make me hoping for nothing
Please job-searchers be aware about this company in case it s real or actual company
We were disappointed with them when we got them on a project. They were full of false promises. They didn't deliver much of the things they said they will incorporate. Don't make the same mistake like us who have been fooled by their proposal. They will just rip you off.
They were just good when we were planning. There were a lot of great ideas presented and good result projected. However, during the implementation, all these ideas weren't incorporated and the results were far from what they projected. It was all good in the books but their services are not superb.
We weren't impressed with their services when we got them on our project. We expected that they could help us expand our online presence and increase brand awareness, because those were the things that they'd promised during their project proposal. But in the end, it was all a waste of money. We never really had a nice result from that project
These people force you to like their designs by bragging about how hard they worked and how amazing the website would look. The thing is the website didn't meet my expectations, but I still had to pay for it. Never contacting them again.
Worked for them for 3 months in the Brazilian office, the office is now shut and they own money to everyone that worked there. They paid only the first month, be careful, it's a trap.

This is all a con. NEVER hire or work for this scam. The "CEO" is a fraud. Ask anyone who has ever worked here. IF you ever get paid it will ALWAYS be late. The "business" is 10 years old and still calls itself a startup!

There's a reason there are mostly negative 1 star reviews here.
All they have is a good sales pitch, promise you a lot, get you to sign a contract and take your money. Then they do nothing. Horrible experience.
