Staff there translated some essential documents for my drive test, a good place for foreign students to get their drive license applied in a right way.
I did my College Intern work here for several months, I have had a great experience working with everyone and even meeting some people. MCC is a great starting point for anyone coming to Canada to start a new life.
These people are the most unprofessional, unqualified, immoral staff I have ever seen. I gave them one paper for translation. They lost the the translated paper, and when they did it again they did it wrong and they tried to blame me and gave me a bad attitude instead of apologizing. Do not trust them.
Shame on you Multicultural Council of Windsor you should help people, not make thier lives harder
The people here are just amazing. Wonderful experience.
If you have any question or need directions for the help you need at the moment, just ask. If you do not speak or understand English, don't worry someone will always be there for translation. Don't have a ride, they can help.
We went to get a document translated from Spanish to English. The original document which was provided by the Mexican government wasn't legible. So the lady behind the counter brought it up. We mentioned that we had a different unofficial copy which was typed on the computer and legible. So the lady behind the counter took it and photocopied it and said she was using it for reference so the translator could translate it more easily.
So then they e-mailed us the price. So we paid it thinking it was only for one document. We now realize after looking at it that the translator translated both the official and unofficial(reference) document and charged us for translating both of them. We were trying to help the translator out but instead they took advantage of the fact that we have them 2 pieces of paper and translated the same document twice and charged us double.
As a Canadian I am very upset that a company which is supposed to help immigrants is actively lying to them and overcharging them. This isn't right.
