We have had our multicam router for 18 years and have only had to have it serviced a few times. When we have had it serviced, the techs have always been very helpful and have gotten us up and running quickly. The machine is capable of so many amazing things. It makes my job a pleasure!
We have been using Multicam Machines for more than 10 years and could not be happier. We process materials that are tough on the machines like phenolics and full thickness Compact....we run them hard with very few issues. I will continue to recommend their machines...
We have 4 machines and another one on order. The machines are very well made! My experience with service techs has been especially good. I have their cell numbers and when we need help they are responsive and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work!
We have had our MultiCam for almost two years now it has been a great machine. Training, Customer Service and the Service is all great, we only had one service call in two years and it was something on our end that caused the problem. I would recommend this machine to anyone!
We Bought our MultiCam MG-204 15+ years ago and the machine still runs great today. I m in the Sign business and I remember what it was like drawing patterns on our barn wall using overhead projector versus today with the MultiCam machine.... extremely efficient & high quality!
Technicians (Kevin R.) as well as our local MultiCam service people are what make owning a computerized CNC so we ll worth every penny.
I highly recommend MultiCam to anyone that s in the market for a high quality, precision CNC that will last forever!
Don't work for Multicam as a machinist because James has no respect for you. I was new there and James talked to me like I'm a dog. I never gave James a reason to disrespect me, it's just his style. Don't work there or you will regret it.
Have been using a MultiCam flatbed cutter for about a year now with remarkably little maintenance required. Solid product and knowledgeable, responsive ongoing support after delivery (both software and hardware).
We have 4 Multicam machines that are used hard everyday! They are easy to work on and parts are readily available. Carmel and his team have helped us over the years and they are hardworking, honest people to work with! Warranties are not an issue and they are very easy to work with!
