Horrible customer service. Had me on hold for ages and could not give me any info about my monthly fees and could not change my address info, I am currently looking for another insurance company.

Do not go with this insurance they will take your money and cancel policy - said they never received under writing papers - but have PROOF IN MY EMAIL I SENT NOT 1X BUT 2X !!!!
Every time I try to make a payment , I CANNOT LOG IN to actually make the payment. As a result my payment has been late every time. I've only had this insurance company for two months, and I am HIGHLY DISPLEASED with thIS service. It makes me wonder how they do business at all....
Horrible horrible horrible. I have been having problem with them for months regarding late fees and dues (which the policy seems to change with every different person I talk to). They do not know how to deal with their customers and their target market.
If I could rate them lower i would. I got multistage through Freeway ins broker. On Feb 2nd 2015 made all my payments for the year before Nov 2015 my policy expired on Feb 6th 2016 I renewed with another company on Feb 2nd 2016. In March I start getting bills for 11 dolars. When I cal to ask why I'm told that it's because I should have payed it when I got the policy 15 months earlier. And to just pay it or ruin my credit over 11 dolars. So this is what happens when you do not renew with them. They threaten your credit. I wonder how much money they make 11 dolars at a time that people pay just to save there credit?
I've never left a review before, I feel the need to let people know how horrible this insurance is, quick to take your card details but take ages trying to get things handled accordingly, don't do it.
Poor everything. If I could do negative stars I would. Worst experience ever! The worst thing about it is I am losing money due to their inability to communicate and follow through with helping and doing there job. Horrible!!!!! Do not sign with this company.
12/21/16: Once again, I received my bill, my regular payment of $79.85 was listed as the amount due for 12/28/16. However, the Mininum Due says $91.85, with NO EXPLANATION!! These people make me SICK TO MY STOMACH!! CONTACT GEICO (or anyone else!!) HORRIBLE!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! My agent at Freeway Insurance says my policy is paid and current, and Mulit-State sends me Cancellation Notices telling me that they're canceling my policy in 4 days due to some obscure amount ($32), that is not listed on my payment schedule. I NEVER should have left GEICO!!! In the 3 months that I've been with Freeway/Mulit-State, they have charged me more that I paid GEICO in an entire YEAR!!! AND when just now trying to call Multi-State (after holding for 10 minutes) AFTER talking to my Freeway Agent, Multi-State told me that they didn't know who the agent was I was speaking to ("Israel"). I have never seen such dishonesty, bad business and horrible customer service in MY LIFE!!!
This is the worst insurance company in the world do not waste your time money or energy they will cover nothing they will do everything to get out of any kind of claim horrible company part of Freeway Insurance another horrible company stay the heck away pay 40 bucks more a month and get quality coverage

If there was a way to give them and minus 5, I would do it at this point! We have been trying to file a claim with these jerks for a week now for a fender bender and we can get anyone to call us back. I was told, we would here from a ajuster and we have called and been transferred all around. Word to wise! Before you buy insurance....... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY........../underwriter! What's sad, is I sold insurance and I know the process and this company seemly has very little structure at the top in management. Because issues like this can be fix easily. Bad experience with this insurance company . Bad customer service can't get of hold of them . Dint sent me my insurance policy number just started and I hate this insurance company .there incompetent people .
This is the worst insurance company to deal with. They are slow and incredibly hard to get a hold of. Had an accident with one of their insured in February caused by them. They totaled my car and now 3 months later still waiting on the payout check. I wish I could give them negative stars. They should be out of business. I feel sorry for anyone that insures through them. The don't deserve anyone's money.
