Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Food from the bar menu was second to none. Beautiful heated swimming pool equipped with jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.The one fault we found was no air conditioning in the room which meant an uncomfortable nights sleep as our 3 children felt hot and stuffy.

Excellent. Absolutely beautiful surroundings wonderful helpful staff and great food.

Met my one true love here. Also do a decent pint of Guinness.

Just back from a overnight stay in The Park Hotel, can I say this is a excellent hotel , Patrice checked us in and she was so friendly as all the staff in the hotel , we arrived early and was given a early check in nothing was to much trouble, the rooms were spotless the whole hotel was spotless. We had our evening meal in the restaurant the food was delicious and Sophie was our waitress she was so nice and brilliant at her job, also the guys in the bar were so friendly I must say we stay in a good few hotels and by far this is the cleanest and the most friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in well done guys keep up the good work in this hard/strange times and we will be back

Very beautiful place . Very well organised. Staff were so nice. So many chandeliers. I would highly recommend this place.

I attend meetings here regularly and I have learned that the food here is better for groups than in the bar.

The hotel itself is cosy and has, perhaps, the best seasonal decorations of any hotel I have visited. The conference facilities are excellent with reliable wifi etc.

My family and I ate in the bar recently and had a mixed experience. It took quite a while to get served although there were plenty of staff. When we did get an order in we waited quite a while to have it brought to our table. The order included a stroganoff (which I would assume was prepared earlier), fish and nuggets etc.

I recieved my stroganoff after a wait of about twenty minutes only to have to return it as it was cold. When it re-emerged it was only a little warmer and there seemed to be less food on the plate. It was almost 17 and I don't believe the portion I received was worth that.

The fish dish was lovely so no complaints there and the kids gobbled up their meals.

The rooms are lovely and well serviced and the breakfast is as you would expect.

It's funny how one experience can alter your view of a place. I look forward to returning but not to eat in the bar.

Great facility on the edge of town. Top class parkland course with a connection to every Irish golf professional on tour.

We had a family get together today for my grand daughter laurens communion .everyone had a great time and the staff were second to none .thank you to all involved

Very well located hotel on the outskirts of Mullingar just off the N4. It has a good restaurant serving breakfast lunch and evening meals. The bar also serves food and can be busy at lunch time. The quality of food is good. The hotel is in good condition and recently been redecorated. The hotel has a gym and pool and ample parking.

At a wedding over the weekend and the staff and hotel were amazing i highly recommend a stay here and will be back

Don t know about the rooms, but they have great leisure centre inside.
Big swimming pool, good size sauna and steam room. Very big jacuzzi too.
Gym is ok, update for the gym would be great.

Decided to have a meal with my husband for my 60 th birthday in the Park Hotel . I ordered steak medium rare it came up medium to well the waitress was very pleasant and courteous . She returned it to the kitchen and told me the chief agreed it wasn t medium rare all good . However it was about 15 mins before my meal arrived back and my husband had finished his at this stage . Disappointing but medium rare steak was nice sauce had gone cold but I did get fresh veg and chips . No manager came to ask how our meal was even though he did ask other diners this didn t bother me too much . We both decided to go home with no dessert or tea/ coffee . The 2 waitresses who served us were extremely pleasant , we were told we could pay at the desk on the way out . This is where I got really confused and somewhat annoyed , the lady on the desk asked how our meal went . I replied that it was my 60 th birthday and it was disappointing that my husband and I hadn t eaten together . I also said I had eaten here before and it was a pleasant experience so this was a pity. Her answer to this was you got another steak didn t you ??? . It s normally a good experience here No apology I was in shock , such arrogance, I won t be dining here again or recommending it to others . Just an acknowledgment and a sorry for the inconvenience or the wait was all that was necessary .

Stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is nice the rooms are nice too but it's not a place where you feel especially welcomed. I felt like I was the only person in the hotel. Staff are like ghosts..... you never see any

Couldn't get food except scones at 11 in morning. Even while attending meetings.

Paid a fortune for poor service..........Having stayed the weekend and spending a lot of money with Family and friends. On departure we asked for a cup of tea at 7.30 am for my brother who needs to take medication with food. We asked at reception and received a teapot of cold water with a teabag. We asked for a sandwich or pastry........still waiting for it to arrive and since we are home, no point now, Very disappointed with restaurant service on Sunday night. Main course arrived and 15 minutes later vegetables arrived.. food gone cold. ..

Rooms were clean, well kept, and staff were lovely.

It needs to buck up. A new coffee dock would be good. Change the dinner menu in the bar. The staff can be surly.

Love going here the food is amazing and the hotel is stunning. It's worth going in just to walk around and view the place.the staff are extremely hard working and ensure your whole visit is as enjoyable as possible.

Went to the bar restaurant. Nice meal, good atmosphere, staff were excellent from initial booking to paying and leaving.

Was a little concerned by what I thought was a lax approach to the Covid19 regulations. One group of people were sat at a table for I presume the duration of 2 soccer matches (man was wearing jersey from match before. We arrived during middle of second match). We stayed for approx 1.5 hours and most tables arrived before us and left after us.

I didn't stay the night here I was at a function it was a good night but it could have done with more bar staff on the bar
