Was only here for a coffee. Seemed like a nice hotel although the receptionist and another member of staff seemed to be annoyed when I interrupted them from looking at pictures on their phone to ask where the bathroom was.

Lovely hotel. Rooms very contemporary with comfortable beds and good showers. Dinner was ok, but not spectacular. Breakfast on the other hand was pretty amazing. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and very tasty. There was a queue for the coffee machine, but there's fresh brewed coffee in pots on a warmer plate, if you don't want to wait around.

All was good except vegetarian which came from a tin. I was not offered potatoes or vegetable. The meal was served after everyone else had eaten with not even an apology .This was also an embarrassment to guests at my tablet who offered to give me some of there dinner .Also some of our guests run a beautiful restaurant themselves and were up set by the service
.l ate very little of this meal and then only because l was hungry. Sorry l can't recommend you to our Sisters, friends or family.

We stayed here on a friday on an over night break, and I have to say the staff were amazing, booking in was quick and efficient, the lady on the desk was happy to answer my multitude of questions without looking bothered, really lovely girl

Bedroom:
We stayed in room 110 which had disabled facilities in the bathroom, I had mentioned when booking if a room was available on a lower floor for my partner who had some medical problems I'd appreciate it, so they took notice and we got a lovely room near the lift, the bedroom was spotlessly clean, we had a tea tray in a little cupboard under the TV, which even had herbal teas too, I'd liked there to have been more tea bags and milk as I love a cuppa but of course it was no bother to the hotel, I rang down to reception and the lady said of course I'll send some up, the bed was so comfortable we had a great nights sleep.

Breakfast:
It was a buffet style breakfast with a fantastic array to suit all tastes, lots of cereals, breads, fruits, orange juice, toast, and of course the big irish breakfast, the food was piping hot and was gorgeous, the dining room was lovely and staff very attentive, nothing was any bother, as I'd finished my breakfast a waitress came past and lifted my plate, she reached for my partners plate but he hadn't finished, hes a slow eater and was pausing to eat, I'd said would u please leave his as he isnt finished, she was so apologetic and slightly embarrassed but it was an easy mistake to make as it did probably look like he had finished, he continued on eating and enjoyed his breakfast.

Leisure Facilities:
I wanted to use the pool while I was there, all the facilities are free to use if staying in the hotel, which was amazing, the towel, shampoo and swimming cap ( 2) were all supplied when I arrived only thing you need is money for the swimming cap if you havnt got one, my partner didnt want to swim and I explained to the staff (sharon) that he had alzheimer's and would she keep an eye on him to I got changed, she and the other staff member whose name I didnt get were excellent and I cant praise them enough, she took him over to a seat were he could watch as I had a swim, when I came into the pool I could see she was still with him, which was so good of her, I was honestly so happy to see her take that 5 mins to stay with him to I came out, he sat happily while I had a short swim, I also used the hydrotherapy pool, omg its amazing and so hot went u first get in, when leaving the pool to get changed my partner sat out in the lounge seated area of the reception to I came and and the staff were happy enough to just keep an eye on him for me, he wasnt in danger of leaving the building or any thing but I'm sure he might have been a little disoriented as to were he might have been, I was happy to see they cared, top Mark's to those girls

The whole hotel is decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean, service is brilliant and the only regret was I only booked one night, I'd love to stay again and make more use of the facilities and maybe convince my partner to go in for a swim too lol

Definitely worth 5

A great hotel that serves food all day. It has a large ballroom and there are shows here regularly.
There is a lovely bar with bar seating and lounges. Food is served here also. The staff are very friendly and will look after your every need. It is a popular place for weddings. The rooms are very nice and comfortable and it is not too expensive to stay here. There is a leisure centre here with a gym and beauty treatments are available too.

Menu in restaurant didn't suit us but overall experience was brilliant. Spa lovely, even a sun bed in changing rooms. Music in bar was excellent the night we stayed. Very clean but be early for breakfast as you may have to queue for ten minutes

The hotel is beautiful. Staff are professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar food is wonderful but you may need to phone ahead if you have a lot of allergies so they can help to cater for you. Otherwise you will really enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Friendly staff in the bar but the hot whiskey I asked for was weak and lacklustre while the bar food was mediocre at best; the fish and chips were fried at a hugely high temperature which made the batter and the outside of the chips searingly hot and the inside of the chips more like mashed potatoes. Disappointing. Won't order bar food again any time soon.

Had a meal in the bar last night for my daughters 7th birthday and the food and was first class as always but it was the lovely staff who went out of there way to make it special for her that really stood out. Highly recommend

Perfect location for travelling from Dublin, directly off exit 15 on the N4. There is plenty of parking. The hotel is modern and well kept. The meeting room ceiling is very tall with dim lighting and dated decor which makes it feel old fashioned. The staff are very friendly.

Very poor went in for lunch. Could only get soup and sandwiches. No carvery. On a Sunday. Yes you can book a lunch. Not good over 100euro for 4 people out for a drive on a Sunday afternoon. I don't think so.
