Been here a few times and never disappointed. Visited recently with friends and had the mushrooms to start followed by the calzone pizza. Both courses were fantastic. Great food and great staff will definitely keep coming back.Called as staying in Wigan on business. Surprised at how busy it was on a Monday evening - could only get a table for one hour.

The food was all right but the prices are way too high for what you get. The service was slow and clumsy. Also, the waiter kept part of the change as a tip without even asking. I will not be coming back!

I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food so I was worried but it was incredible. The tandoori was tender, perfectly seasoned and melts in your mouth and the butter chicken was savory as well. I could buy cups of the sauce just to dip bread in. Even the drinks were great, though on the small side.

It's pricey but I love this restaurant - I just think it's pretty stupid/potentially illegal not to serve tap water - kind of put a bad spin on the whole night and gave a negative impression to my guests that I was showing the restaurant to. Foods lovely though & staff were great as always.

**UPDATE Post COVID lockdown** The fact that this is one of the best Indian Restaurants in Curry Mile still holds good. We visited them for the first time post COVID Lockdown yesterday. We went a bit early and they were happy for us to take a seat until they are open.

They have setup one way system within the restaurant and also sanitising stations on entry and also on the way out. The food is as usual outstanding! The waiters wear face masks, gloves and face protection. When we had to pack our leftovers for takeaway, we were given necessary boxes and carry bag to pack them up on our own. I won't complain but nor sure how effective it would be once the restaurant gets busy.

Otherwise..nothing has changed. Will definitely recommend if you fancy good Indian food (slightly pricey) on the curry mile!

One of the best Indian restaurants on the Curry Mile. It is slightly on the expensive side when compared to the other restaurants in Rusholme but if you are a visitor in Manchester area, this is a definite recommendation.

The food is very good and well presented. The interior is designed uniquely to reflect the 70's & 80's Bollywood which makes this a unique dining experience. Could get crowded during weekends, so reservation is recommended.

So the best curry hands down (in my opinion) in manchester. I would recommend the butter chicken. I just wish that the portions were bigger and less expensive that's the only thing stopping me going back more often.

Best Karahi and garlic Nan I have ever had! (and I have had alot!). Went there on a last minute decision as the place we planned to go to was fully booked out and this kept getting suggested by Google. The starter was absolutely delicious, service was good, The Karahi is better than Mazaas in longsight. I have been looking for one better than that, now I have found it! And Garlic Nan was hands down the best one I have had so far everything freshly cooked and presented a high standard. My taste buds are tingling! I think a visit again today won't hurt :-D

I love this place. It's definitely the best Indian restaurant in Rusholme for quality of food, service and price. The staff are friendly and attentive. If you like a bit of spice then their Sindhi would be a fabulous choice. Booking is recommended.

Ordered a takeaway for 3 people, each of us rating it extremely highly, food is first class exceptional. One thing I d suggest though is that some of the veggie curries had chickpea/lentils in? Would fully recommend this gaff otherwise

Mughli's was the first curry house I visited when I moved to Manchester and I've been going back ever since. The current new menu with it's mix of street food and traditional curries makes for an interesting and exciting dinner. Plus the cocktail menu is fantastic. I recommend booking a table though as this place fills up pretty quickly most evenings!

A very nice place to enjoy any traditional dish from India. The restaurant shows a notable desing and the offer of dishes is wide and succulent, sorted by regions. It might be a bit pricey but is definitely worth paying a visit to enjoy any of their curries.

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in. We were a large group of around 10 people. We got seated however I was on the far end next to the large wooden sculpture where I could feel this cold breeze, not great. Felt colder inside than the outside.

The food overall was good however nothing made me go wow, neither the taste nor the presentation. In fact, the curries I felt had too much oil and not enough chicken.

The service waa excellent, cannot fault the waitresses or waiters. Always on hand.

Overall this is a place I would advise you go once to at least experience what it is like.

This is 'Authentic Indian cuisine!' Absolutely delicious food. Fantastic ambience. Gol gappay, Masada okra fries and the tadka daal is a must try! Highly recommended. The service was excellent and quick as well. It was easy to find a table even on a Friday night. Pre-booking is not necessary. Slightly pricey for the portion sizes but totally worth every penny! Surely returning for more, very soon.

Food was ok not great but my biggest issue was when were leaving I asked for a bill since a colleague was paying. Even though the staff member told the manager a colleague was paying he whispered to her "don't give him the bill until he has paid". Implying I had no intention of paying even though I was with a group of people.

Nice place a bit haphazard with the method, extremely pricey for the drinks. Try ordering a pint of dilute cordial. And top end money for the food. However, food was first rate and worth every penny. Great atmosphere. Good clean please. Very friendly staff. Clean toilets. Very busy so advisable to book. A good number of posh looking Asians in there which speaks volumes for the authenticity of the place. Overall a very enjoyable evening. Thank you if you work there and are reading this.

Food - great flavours, especially the grilled meats!
Portion size - good.
Service - greeted well and seated quickly. But then after that, it took 30 minutes for us to order anything. We were never asked whether everything was ok with the meal, whether we wanted more drinks, or anything else - we had to keep calling waiters/waitresses over otherwise we weren't getting anything. Due to the extremely slow service, we just asked for the bill instead of ordering desserts and/or coffee.
