The much-net was founded in 1982 by Mr. Nikolai Bukureschtliew (today's majority shareholder). The standard application PMS (portfolio and risk management system) "made in Germany", which is now used internationally by more than 80 customers, was created from the original personal programs for banks and insurance companies.
