MTR Western is the best bus charter company I have ever worked with. They are helpful and attentive to the needs of passengers and go above and beyond what others companies might provide. Their drivers are exceptional in their professionalism and very knowledgeable. I would recommend MTR Western to anyone who needs transportation services for a bus charter or tour.

Ruined my birthday. Left voice mail and did not call back as promised. Called Three Rivers Casino and Hotel. They told me they have to take me and to call back on Monday. They're full now and all managers are in a meeting for the entire day. Whatever!

Worse company ever! Never have dealt with ruder people in my life. The pregnant lady that works there is very obnoxious woman. Never deal with this company

1 Oct. 2019: Left Spokane, WA on 1 of 3 buses (#311) this morning which had been contacted by American Cruise Line enroute to Richland, WA. The heat was blazing and the driver didn't know how to shut it off (or at least the blower). Stopped at a rest area midway and she contacted the MTRWestern mechanic. When we started out again it was better for a few miles then things started heating up again. The A/C is not cooling and the floor level heaters are cranking out the heat as I type this review. Temperatures inside the bus are in the lower 80s or upper 70s at best. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 3-hour TRIP, hope your is better. SG

We used MTR Western to shuttle 150 guests from our wedding ceremony venue to our reception venue. I'd never booked buses of any size before, so I was nervous about getting the logistics right. Thankfully, we were in great hands with MTR Western. They sent drivers to our venues beforehand to "spot" the locations and estimate timing, so that our guests would arrive as close to the right time as possible. On the day of the wedding, we had a last-minute location change due to rain, which the drivers handled with ease. And when we had some confusion about the charges after the fact, Mona on the sales team went above and beyond to make sure we were treated fairly. I would recommend them for an event of any size!

Worst company will never go with these guys again!!! Not only are they unprofessional upon my ride on the bus I discovered they had bedbugs nothing was done they acted like it was no biggie!!!! Do not and I repeat do not book with several of us got rid of our belongings will never do this again!!!!
