What didi u think yourself,captains are coming from air and cadet coming from garbage ,speaking no vacancy like I am beggar ..If u don't want deck cadet it's ok speak dg shipping and marine college do captain course only.because u don't have any respect to lower ranks.. your company deserve one thing must be banned by dg and police
