No one answered or returned my multiple calls and messages

We wanted a 24x37 aluminum frame window that doesn't open to be replaced with one that does open. I don't know how many times I had to call and email to follow up with Katelyn and eventually she quoted me $9747 to replace that small window. This is the third window company that I had to experience such poor customer service. They all seem to be doing too well to care about small jobs and just don't care!

A group of their metal workers park behind my building every morning. And to be more to the point, starting a 5:30 almost every morning, employees from MTH park their trucks, gather around to smoke, litter, blare their music, and shout at the top of their lungs in the middle of the street.

I called to complain about this 6 months ago, and over the winter it wasn't a problem. But now that the sun is out again, apparently the employees of MTH have forgotten what common decent looks like. Or at least it appears that way, because their general lack of empathy for their neighbors is next to nil.

I called their office and spoke to their admin who told me that I would be getting a call back from somebody that could help fix the problem. I did not get that call back. So I'm posting this review in the hops that it moves MTH into action. Because at this point, my next course of action is calling the police every morning to report the noise disturbances, the blocking of traffic, and to make sure that they all have city parking stickers until it stops.

SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! They are linked straight to a known car wrap scam. Sending bad checks for you to deposit so you can send money back then get in trouble cause the check bounces. SCAMMER ALERT!!!!!!!! They claim to work for Aquafina. Anything from this company is a scam. MTH Industries is the name on the check......

So, I was sleeping and dreaming of continuing to sleep today (at 6:30am!) until the MTH Industries truck pulled up with 3 workers having good laughs and discussions about the window they would be replacing at 725 S Dearborn. During their continued loud discussion, they loudly threw all of their tools on the sidewalk. Then, they realized they were missing something. After which, they threw all of their gear back in the truck and left. They returned later this morning and yelled at Junior for tools. I would never hire them to do anything because they are very loud and inconsiderate !!!!!
