We had a such a wonderful experience! The excellent customer service was over the top fantastic, especially Thomas and Patrick. They were so patient with our inexperience and genuinely kind. Mitch was also very helpful. We didn't catch his name, but there was a young man working the bunny hill and he was attentive and respectful. (For the sake of the employer looking into who that was, we went on the evening of Thursday, February 18th.) Emma was also very kind. We are grateful for the positive experience. (This was my first time coming here in 26 years. I do not know anyone that I referenced.)

Excellent customer service. Easy online lift ticket purchase system & fast lift ticket on-site check in process (not a traditional lift ticket sticker instead a keycard they scan while still in your pocket). Nice variety of hills. Great snow condition. Overall nice runs (short though compared to other local hills)

It's okay. We went night skiing (3pm-Close) on a Wednesday. All the runs are straight. There are no trees. It doesn't feel like there's any difference between any of the same difficulty runs. Much of the expert portion of the mountain was closed off for training, which appeared to be high school ski teams. So, there was one expert run, which while also bring used as a training run, which was open for the general public to go on, and was quite crowded because of the closures.

Aside from all this, the snow was good (only a couple routes closed because of lack of snow (one expert, the other expert-only)), the routes are well groomed. We didn't do anything in the terrain park area of they mountain. The rope tow connecting the backside to the frontside of the mountain was closed which made navigating from one section to another more involved.

My feeling is that for what you get it's more than a little over priced. Biggest advantage is that it's close, but my gut feeling is that given other choices I most likely will not head back to Mt. Brighton.

Awesome place to learn to ski and snowboard! Had a blast. Also, just be aware they are currently at 25% capacity at indoor dining and give you 30 minutes to eat. They come around and give a "5 minute warning" when your time is going to be up.
The food was amazing, however the staff at the bar was very rude. Made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. They are limiting admission to the park so get your lift ticket ahead of time!

I had so much fun!!!! Those negative reviews please ignore. Everyone needs to be personally responsible for social distancing. Don t rely on others or just don t go out. The weather was perfect all the staff was extremely friendly and courtesy. I couldn t have had a better trip I came all the way from Atlanta Georgia great job guys!

Pros: Decent variety for a hill in Michigan, especially if you're intermediate level. Terrain park is really cool with lots of variety between pipes and jumps! Staff was really helpful--lost a screw on my bindings an hour before closing (pro shop already closed) and the rental crew found me a replacement screw to get me back out on the slopes.

Cons: It's pretty small, so make sure you're aware of the size/number of runs/length of the runs before you spend money on the lift ticket.

Other notes: Bunny hills use the "magic carpets." Intermediate hills use chair lifts. Terrain park uses ropes, but you can cut over to it from one of the chair lifts.

First time on the slopes ever for some in our group, and first time in 25 years for others. The evening pass during the week + ski rental was reasonably priced for our purposes. The beginner hill is amazing for a kid and grown up to learn on without getting hurt, and the bigger hills were excellent for some meddle aged adrenaline rush without getting hurt. Will return next season, more than once.

It had been a few years since I d been skiing/snowboarding. I had snow boarded before and thought I d try it again, so rented the board. Well ten years or so, didn t magically improve my skills, but did make me less interested in bouncing off the ground. I asked to trade in for skis and without any complaint the exchange was made. Thank you Mt Brighton for making day enjoyable but allowing me to use the equipment that made my day a great experience. Mountain was maintained adequately and was able to ski right up to the lifts. Really nice day.

Great place to get some runs in. They are very good about ensuring safety as far as Covid-19 is concerned. Staff is friendly. Shout out to Thor at the bottom of the lift making sure everyone has their noses covered. Allen, Katie, and Dianna on ski patrol are also pretty cool. They are still serving drinks you just have to sit outside to enjoy them.
