I wish that I could give a zero! This rehabilitation has been going on for far too long and now we are being victimized because our money is being held hostage. I shouldn't have to apply for a hardship to get my money. Someone should give us a date as to when we can expect to get our money back.
My dad died unexpectedly. He has been paying into this company since April 2019. He died 2 days ago, and CBL is still taking payments. They took a September 2020 payment. I found out they were in a rehab lawsuit. I have contacted an attorney in North Carolina, but haven t heard back. Can anyone tell me how to reach this company so I can get my daddy s pay out for his funeral expenses? TIA.

Absolute waste of time! Could NEVER log into the website, company is now under rehabilitation never got any notice of any of this! Stopped making payments and when I asked if I could have my contributions back, I was given a long answer as to why that wouldn t happen when I had my financial advisor on the phone with them and he explained that shouldn t be the case. Extremely upset and just trying to get my money back!

I paid into CB Life for over 20 years. In October of 2019, I requested to close my policy and withdraw my funds. They still refuse to do so. Is it my fault they had an embezzlement issue?? Why should I have to wait YEARS to get MY OWN money back?!?
