Final days before "pause" due to COVID19 economy. Fri afternoon, a long line along sidewalk to place order. Five minutes for order to arrive outside door.

I really like this store, the ice cream is so delicious there.

Not much to really say. Just about everything is good here and prices on the cheese are very good for the quality. The only trouble is when it's a rush hour, you will be waiting to get your stuff, but that's just a problem with how popular this place is, not the students working there.

If in the area be sure to stop by. Ice cream is delicious and creamy!!!

Very good ice cream. Some parking off Farm Lane. Tends to have a line but the staff moving people through as fast ad they can.

A must visit when on campus! Everything is delicious and you can watch production films from the observation deck.

Great place to stop if you are in the area! The selection of flavors is unique and delicious. The waffle cones was crispy and had a nice vanilla flavor. The ice cream was very tasty. The prices are a little high but fairly standard for ice cream nowadays. Definitely worth a visit!

Best ice cream in the Lansing area. Their waffle comes are to die for. And if you're not a sweets person, the grilled cheese is out of this world, especially on the English muffin bread.

SOoooo yummy! They offered 32 flavors, but I had a scoop of banana with chocolate bits, and my husband had butternut pecan.

Confusing layout not very many seats but amazing icecream big selection! Courteous cashiers and workers.

The rotation of daily soup is amazing, the sandwiches are great, and it's always time for ice cream.

Me and my mother visited this store yesterday (7/27/18) for MSUs white and green day event. They had a ice cream truck outside with limited flavors from their store, but I choose chocolate chip cookie dough. I wouldn't say it was the best ice cream I had, but it was enjoyable for what it was. The store, as I hear it, also has other diary products produced from local cows.

Ice cream here is heavenly! But the service is even better. These folks are friendly, patient, and efficient. I really appreciated how well they treated our large family. Well done!!

Great ice cream and cheese made from MSU's own cattle herds. Nice small story with some tables. On the weekends it gets real busy but they'll move the line along. I've cream for there to take home.

Delicious ice cream at decent prices. There's always a line when I come here because everyone knows their ice cream is incredibly tasty. I highly recommend checking it out whether you're in town for the day or you've lived here for a long time. You won't regret your decision.

Change the toilet that the public is allowed to use. It's disgusting. Also, no idea what the flavors are until u hate to order. Then u are scrambling to pick.

Pt 1 Recently visited the MSU Dairy Store during COVID-19 restrictions. We placed our order in advance and they quickly brought the order when we arrived and called from the designated parking spaces in front of the entrance to the store. The staff did an excellent job of social distancing. AND the ice cream, butterkase cheese and salami were fantastic.

Pt 2 Best grilled cheese sandwiches and ice cream with creative flavors and names in E Lansing.

We stood in line for a while here on game day but the staff was so friendly and courteous. My favorite was the Dantonio Malt! My son loved the cookie dough. Dairy Store is a must visit place when coming back to campus

Always love going to the Dairy Store! Ice cream is delicious, staff is friendly and quick. Staple location for any MSU visit.

So good. Worth waiting in line but we almost ran out of time before we had to leave. On busy days, they could consider adopting some of the tactics used by other busy places (like Penn State creamery) to keep things moving.

The ice cream is THE BEST! All kinds of creative flavors one wouldn't find anywhere else. Our favorite stop when biking around campus in the summer!

The ice cream was delicious but the management team did not prepare for the large group that would be on campus for several days. There was almost always a line out the door and when we finally got ice cream, it was after a two hour wait. One location had two employees working and the other (food truck) had one!

Over 20 choices of flavors. Black cherry was delish! They also sell soup and grilled cheese. Very fun outing. You can go upstairs and watch the ice cream being made.

Lots of options, high quality ice cream, even "one" scoop is quite a bit and very reasonably-priced. If you go when it isn't summer the wait isn't horribly long
