This bakery on Hannah Blvd is a little difficult to find but well worth it. You just need to look for the flap style little sign in the lawn. You will not be disappointed. These were the best donuts in Lansing hands down over the other 2 donut establishments! The donuts were very fresh and flavorful. The filled donuts actually had a good amount of filing in them throughout the whole donut. The apple fritter was tasty but could have had more apple filling. We also bought a loaf of English muffin bread. It was very good toasted. I noticed a lot of people ordered decorated cakes as they were stacked up behind the counter. When I m in town that is the place to go for the best baked goods. I read that some of the bakers are 15 to 30 year veterans! These are the best baking teachers for students to learn their craft!
The Bakers are perhaps the least-evil department in the MSU corporation....they focus on one thing, and one thing only, and that is your fresh baked goods! All of the cafeterias have bagels, donuts, cookies, cakes, etc. from them on a daily basis, so they are a consistent, joy-producing operation for students like myself. Keep up the good work MSU Bakers!
The cookies are awesome! Love the customization they offer as well. We have ordered here a few different occasions and they have always been on point.
Ordered a cake and just picked it up. It's beautiful, just as pictured. It was ready on time. I can't wait to see the face of the BD girl when she sees it!
Greatest fresh bread ever! Make sure to try the freshly baked French bread which serves as delicious garlic bread! Open 7 am to 4:30 pm and online orderimg is available as well!

Baked goods are delicious. Prices are reasonable for very good quality fresh baked bread. Just wish they had more available without pre-order. Remember to refrigerator as they don't use preservatives.
Great place to get a tasty treat. Walking in ala cart baked goods is great for a quick snack. I have purchased frosted sugar cookies for past birthdays and they are gone quick.

I have not tried any of their treats yet but everything looked great! I do wish they had more if a store front or selection in their store. I was expecting to see a large display case with a bigger selection. I think most of their business is done online tho so they are not really looking for walk in customers maybe.
This is not a bakery. Couldn't find the entrance of the bakery. It is an office building where they sell the workers free refreshments . I would not eat there again. Also, no coffee.
Excellent source of day old breads muffins and cookies. My only complaint is that the bakery is behind closed doors and I don't get to see how the cookies crumble.

You NEED to try the English muffin bread. Use it for a grilled Pinconning cheese sandwich and it cannot get any better. The ladies who work in the store are nice, as well.
