On 12/28/23 $224.00 was billed (STOLEN) from my ch...

On 12/28/23 $224.00 was billed (STOLEN) from my checking account for my annual insurance fee which was paid in November in full. They called this a 'system error' and had NO information on any specifics as to when this would be resolved/refunded. It is now 1/12/24 and I have heard NOTHING from them. I've filed a claim with my bank and now I'm over drafting on items that would have been covered by the money they stole and refuse to return to customers. They are engaging in illegal financial fraud and federal and state laws are being violated any time an unauthorized charge occurs to an account. This company is shady at best - avoid at all costs. They are thieves and liars.

This company is horrid, untrustworthy and thieves. They deducted (stole) money from my account FOUR times in December 2023. They were EXTREMELY difficult to contact. When I finally reached someone, they gave me a story about “ computer/system malfunction.” They further lied stating, “we’ve requested money be refunded (another lie).”
It is now January 10th, my money has STILL not been returned.
I have sent numerous emails, spoken to supervisors all to no avail. They are not even registered with BBB ( imagine that).
Steer very clear of this shady “ business.” My monthly payment is only slight over $18.00. They took that amount around December 12th, then stole an additional $264.00 on December 27th. Why were they even in my account on a date payment NOT DUE????
Steer clear, or you too will have to take legal action against them.

Stay away! Don’t give them your bank account details for autopay!

On 12/27, this company charged my bank account three times in the amount of 40 dollars, totaling 120 dollars in unauthorized charges. Customer service told me it was a glitch when they “reset the system,” and as soon as the pending charges cleared, the money would be automatically refunded. Well, the money cleared the same day, and they have not refunded me a dime. They are no longer answering emails or calls, so I had to file a dispute with my bank. I’m lucky it was only 120 dollars. Some people have been charged up to 800! Who knows how many people this affected. It’s terrible. Stay away from this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. READ ALL REVIEWS

This company took $189.00 out of my bank account I called twice on 12/27/23 Nobody could tell me the ETA of my $$. I called again on 1/5/24 the CSR stated that I can expect my $$ returned or before 1/17/24. I am so mad. As of today, my $189.00 has not been refunded. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

Called them annoyed at an automatic renewal because I had forgotten to cancel after being called to active duty. They were super nice and refunded me the new charges and backdated a refund for the time I was gone on the old policy. Thanks!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wish I could give them zero stars!...

BUYER BEWARE!!! Wish I could give them zero stars! You are better off having no insurance than using this company. I have had renter's insurance with them for years. Then, the sump pump in my apartment building failed and my entire apartment was flooded. My landlord informed me it was due buying a bad batch from Lowe's. and explained that they had changed the sump pump three times in the last three months. I had Maintenance Reports from my landlord stating all this and that my apartment was flooded the worst. My claim was denied by Millenial Specialty Insurance because it was raining the night this occurred. My policy did include coverage for water damage. They will do absolutely any and everything to DENY your claim. Do NOT use them ever!!!! Needless to say, I switched to another insurance carrier immediately.
