DON'T BUY ANY POWER WHEELCHAIRS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WONT TAKE IT BACK IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE AND MEDICARE WON'T HELP. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER.

I'm not sure why the reviews for MS Supply are so negative. My experience this past week is nothing short of wonderful. First of all, the first day I called, someone answered the phone. I was then transferred to Haley (a supervisor or manager) who I can't say enough good things about. She warmly extended herself to me, provided me with some helpful information, and told me that if I had any questions, that i could call her anytime. I have actually called her a few more times, and she has ALWAYS answered the phone and answered all of my questions. The first time I called her, she scheduled the delivery of the walker, and Jose delivered it yesterday. Jose was extremely polite, courteous, personable, and professional in every way. I even called Haley again this morning to let her know how impressed I was with Jose and with MS Supply. I find this company to be extremely organized, efficient, and all of the people i have dealt with so far have been absolutely fantastic. I wish more companies were like this one. None of us ever want to be inn a position to need these kinds of products or services. However, in case you ever do, I highly recommend contacting MS Services and utilizing their products or services. I sincerely hope you have as positive an experience as I did.
This company has the absolute worse response time for repairs I have ever encountered. My manual wheelchair started to have a problem in December 2018 . A replacement part was needed for the wheel to function correctly. It is June 2019 and the part has not been replaced. The repair employee has made 3 visits to my home to adjust the wheel and the chair was taken to the facility for 3 days for repair work. However, the part needing to be replaced has not been installed
Calls to the office , messages left mean nothing, no call call back and they do answer their phone. If you are needing the services of a medical supply company. You will regret any association with this group.Six months and my chair has the same problem, I sent pictures,explained the problem to the repair guy, my chair is still broken. Look elsewhere for service, you won't get it from these people.
Amazing company! As a Registered Nurse I would most definitely recommend Ms Supply & Home Health Co. to provide Home Health and purchase equipment. My grandparents are extremely satisfied with the RN, PT, and OT. Very knowledgeable staff in the field as well as in the office. The equipment was delivered timely and my grandparents were extremely happy with their recliner, wheelchair, and walker. People will always have something negative to say about a company, but I assure this company is FANTASTIC!!
My mother purchased an electric wheelchair through this company about 18 months ago. Set up and delivery was very good. The charge no longer holds for an entire day. The battery is only guaranteed for 6 months and it has now been over 1 month of phone calls trying to get replacements through medicare. It is about $150 out of pocket if you purchase the batteries on-line but free through medicare if you get a doctor precription. The answer I always get from MS Supply on my calls is "call back" "we don't know when new batteries will be here". This seems to be some poor supply chain problems with the company.
My experience with this company has been outstanding! From the polite and helpful service I received by Erica, Naomi and Victoria in their office to the polite and helpful gentleman who delivered and set up my Mother's hospital bed. I called other medical supply stores and this one made it easy to get the critically important mobility equipment we needed in a prompt matter.
Worst customer service ever , been waiting 2 weeks for a mobility device to be deliver for my dad ,denying the customer the opportunity to talk to a supervisor just rude lying and worthless bussiness. Do not care about the patients at all never again
I don t know what to say about the ms supply company theirs good and bad, just don t know what to say or where to start from but I will wait to get the chair back first and go from there. I only gave them three stairs because I know and believe they can do better then what they are doing now. Let see if they can holded up to their word.your word is your bond if you break that then you don t have nothing....
All lies, do not use this company! They supplied me with a two year old power wheelchair group 3DME and tried to push it off as a mistake at the same time Medicare and my secondary insurance was billed and paid out all on the same day, for months now they have been trying to make good for their so called mistake made by their warehouse man Omg I have to communicate with them via email only in order to have proof now they have my new chair supposedly and they are trying to deliver it without a factory certified technician to do set up and adjustments, or my physical Therapist present to be sure that I am fitted correctly WOW and now today they are not even returning my emails! Amazing unethical company!
They are very good at what they say, they'll do.
The hope for me is to have them be honest and finally and actually, fix my Heavy Duty Trident by Drive?

They didn't fix the Joystick on my Power Chair like they claimed that they did.
