This company has the absolute worse response time ...

This company has the absolute worse response time for repairs I have ever encountered. My manual wheelchair started to have a problem in December 2018 . A replacement part was needed for the wheel to function correctly. It is June 2019 and the part has not been replaced. The repair employee has made 3 visits to my home to adjust the wheel and the chair was taken to the facility for 3 days for repair work. However, the part needing to be replaced has not been installed
Calls to the office , messages left mean nothing, no call call back and they do answer their phone. If you are needing the services of a medical supply company. You will regret any association with this group.Six months and my chair has the same problem, I sent pictures,explained the problem to the repair guy, my chair is still broken. Look elsewhere for service, you won't get it from these people.
