Horrible office staff, makes appointments then bec...

Horrible office staff, makes appointments then because of their own reason the cancel mine, they totally lied to me saying they couldn't get a hold of my insurance adjuster and after talking with the adjuster MRI of Woodbridge NEVER called them. Totally unprofessional I recommend Raritan Bay MRI a couple miles up the road and are REAL professionals.

My mom has been going to get her mammogram here for a couple of years and she had never had an issue! Today she called me crying that she did not like how the nurse treat her.. I called to find out who that person was and they did not give me her name and they seem to not care at all.

They can deliver scary news but then will push you...

They can deliver scary news but then will push you around when you try to get an appoint to perform the final diagnostic testing. Waiting MONTHS after you ve been told you need a procedure that could turn your world upside down is not acceptable. DO NOT GO.

I and family members have been coming here for yea...

I and family members have been coming here for years. Never had a problem. Everyone always seemed very nice and helpful. The woman at the front desk today who was making appointments today 1/5 was very rude. She almost threw a paper back at my spouse and I, as she didn't want to be bothered explaining things as a kind, helpful person. People are coming for these tests, etc. Because of cancer or some type of illness. Where is kindness and compassion? Or just do your job as if you like it and patients weren't such a bother. You are dealing with the public and all it takes is "a may I help you" or be kind, not rude and abrupt. Go home then and be miserable with your family. It doesn't cost a cent to be kind and make someone's day a little easier or feel a little better, especially when dealing with an illness. WMRI should know how employees are treating patients/customers that are there for your services and diagnosis' of illness. A little sensitivity goes a long way!

The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. Blair my technician who did the MRI for me was an absolute joy. She was so kind and understanding throughout the MRI. She made a scary situation so comforting They are so fortunate to have her on staff!

Positive experience overall - especially with tech...

Positive experience overall - especially with technician who was friendly, informative and efficient- thank you. Phone calls late December to get the appointment proved fine and professional. I was very appreciative because I was asking if there were cancellations so I could take someone s time that just opened. Thank you mri of Woodbridge and happy holidays.

my most recent experience of May 2019, my Doctor h...

my most recent experience of May 2019, my Doctor had called in to insurance company for approval for a CT scan, MRI of Woodbridge call me to sch appt once it was approved, left with a disc of the images, my doctor contacted me early evening with results. THank you again to all at MRI of WB, caring staff from making appt to getting report back.

Thank to all at MRI of Woodbridge,
I have had numerous test done here over the years. This thank you is long over due. The entire Staff is always professional, always courteous to the patients needs. Thanks again.

The people that works here are absolutely rude and...

The people that works here are absolutely rude and not polite at all. Especially the front desk receptionists. The first time I went, was because it was local and convenient, but they are not professional at all.
They were requested by the Doctors to submit my records and they didn't. when I went to claim them, they took a long time to provide them and still with an attitude. This place is by far the worse around the area. I would highly recommend the one in Edison. They should really consider taking a course for public relationship with ethics. Very disappointed!

Would not help my mom get an itemized bill. Sent a final notice when no other notices were sent. Will not explain the charge, what am I paying? Nobody will help. I asked for them to send one, they sent the same bill through email. I called in again and asked and they sent the SAME letter through mail. WHY won t they just TELL ME what I m being charged for?!!

Be carefull here, I paid a test cash before to get it ( IF I DON"T PAID IN FULL I WON''T GET IT DONE) However I got people calling me asking to pay for the test. I went to the center again to explain and their excuse was that "They don't handle the bills . that the system does !

They need to hire people they answer phones and put you on hold for a long time and they say call back in half hour then you do and it's same can't even schedule an appointment so guess what went somewhere else and I told lady and she said great thankyou.

I have been going to MRI of Woodbridge for all my tests many years. Their staff, technicians and doctors are so professional and so nice. If you have an appointment, the longest I ever waited was 15 /20 minutes the most. I have always been very satisfied. Kathy Titone

Office staff is friendly and efficient...I had to cancel last minute and they were very understanding. Amanda was my tech and she was awesome! She made the experience as comfortable as possible.
