Mega bad product (Lift) delivered to our Residential property on Bakkevej in Galten. Delivered in summer 2016 and yet March 2018 has not worked satisfactorily. Vulnerable to temperature fluctuations, moisture, etc., Pt. it stands still - again, again technical problems! Now the house has been without lift for almost 14 days. Several residents are completely dependent on the operation of the operation, for example. residents with disabilities, walker, bad hip etc. They simply cannot get in and out of the house. An extremely high failure rate has created many and critical episodes where people have been locked up in the lift and have to wait for help for up to an hour. Often the light in the "cabin" also disappears. It's simply the worst imaginable product - and at the same time a lousy bug fix / follow-up on functionality. There are also significant rust attacks on the "stainless" surfaces. If you are considering products from MR Motech then you will do well by passing the Galten and hearing about all our reps and negative experiences.
