This was my first time visiting this location. What a beautiful restaurant.
The food was delicious and I highly recommend it.

Read a local article that said this place had just opened up a second location not far from me, so I decided to check it out with my girlfriend. I will preface this with I have not been to the (more established) location near 41, so its possible these guys haven't had time to get their ducks in a row yet.

As for the actual review:
Service -
service was great, if a little too enthusiastic. We made a reservation on OpenTable for outdoor seating which was promptly honored (think we were maybe 5 minutes late)
Location -
great location for accessibility, there's an (optional) valet as you drive past the store frontage into the deck beneath the Modera apartment complex. I always park in the deck since its a very short walk and there's almost always spots available.
Food+Price -
this is where the spot takes a big hit unfortunately. This is a top dollar restaurant and expect to pay $100+ for two. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, the double lobster tail, some broiled oysters, and 4 of the different cocktail drinks on the menu. My girlfriend enjoyed the two sweeter drinks on the menu (Violette Kiss & No. 9) but the other two I tried were just weird. One was a take on an old fashioned and the other was a mezcal drink (Rush Hour). The old fashioned wasn't bad but was not terribly good either (for $16 at that)
The prawns were very large, but flavor veered closer to fishy than fresh.
The lobster tails were overcooked, being a tad chewy.
I did not try the oysters, so its possible my girlfriend just decided she doesn't like oysters, but she wasn't impressed.

Might go back to try some of the other items on the menu such as the steaks or the chowder, but overall this was not worth the money.

We had a reservation at 8:15pm and got to the restaurant at 8:28pm no one called us and I assumed like most places they would give us a 15 min grace period. Upon arrival the hostess told us it would be a wait to sit outside, even though my reservation specifically requested a table outside. After speaking to the manager Gage, he told us it would be at least a 30 min wait. What kind of restaurant makes people wait more than 30 mins after having made reservations??? I m very unhappy with their service. My husband had rave reviews about their other location in Cumberland, he wanted us to become regulars since we live across the street. But after the awful treatment I doubt we ll ever go back there.

We are a hard crowd to please and my whole family was very impressed! Great service, even better food, lots of variety and choices. Nice ambiance. I love oysters too, wonderful presentation! Moms lobster was great, hubbys snapper was great and sissy s steak was too. Great choice, super impressed! Thanks!

Took grandson as his choice - excellent choice. Over many many years I enjoyed fine dining around the world and must say this place rates at the very top of my list of great dining experiences. The ambiance warm and inviting with arrangement that allows view of fresh seafood and oyster shucking. Our selections from the menu were excellently prepared and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive but not obtrusive. This includes David our waiter and Solana our bartender who is friendly and knowledgeable. As an added treat we got to meet Chef Tony who was more than willing to talk about his cooking. Needless to say this is a great place to which I will return to try other menu items.

Food was full of flavor, only issue was the they brought the lobster bisque was cold and when they reheated it the lobster meat was rubbery.

The Sandy Springs location falls way short of the Superb dining experience of the Vinings location. The chef and the food at the vinings location are way better. No comparison!! I would not recommend.

Sat on patio and enjoyed an excellent lobster roll. JD provided excellent service. Looking forward to going back

Phenomenal service. My wife and I were thrilled to hear about the opening of this location. We love all of their restaurants. The service was impeccable . Our server Matt was amazing. This location officially opened Monday and for its first Friday night it seemed to run very smoothly. The manager Gage was extremely friendly and professional. All in all a great experience. To the person who left a one star review on a brand new restaurants page after being late to your reservation on a Friday night. I suggest you leave your house earlier next time and enjoy the lovely food and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.

Very good food and service. Manager, assistant manager we re wonderful. We ordered food to-go and it was delicious. Our faves was the lobster bisque and the RC oysters. Restaurant is brand new and very clean.

Can't wait to go back! Great date night. Fun and vibrant atmosphere. The lobster bisque has to be the best in the city!
