Love our local theater here! Everyone is always so friendly, it's always clean and well maintained. Picture and sound is great and prices are better than Destin and Pensacola for sure. Favorite popcorn in the area too!
Love our hometown theater! Clean and roomy seating.
This is the only local theater so it's great for when you want to see a movie but don't want to travel.
However there are tradeoffs if you go here versus other theaters.
It's very small, doesn't stay open too late and of you go to a later showing be prepared that the concession stand will close before the movie is over so keep that in mind if you want any refills.
No frills, basic seating. The plus side to this location is it usually isn't too crowded so you don't have to deal with a crowded theater.
The only thing left for families to do in Crestview.
My movie experiences are just okay but the bathrooms stalls have writing's and some of the seats are dirty and the movies in the back off the theater has a weird smells, also there is 50/50 chance of getting stale popcorn
Comfortable seats. Staff is very good. I enjoyed it. Highly recomend for a family outing.

Smaller theater which makes it so much better than large packed ones. Rarely long lines for tickets or food, the location is very easy to get to, not in a crowded location at all. Prices are on par with other theaters I have been to, same with the food prices. Would highly recommend for a family or date night out.
Earthquake today to go to the movies but be careful about the food

you should really update your website. went there at 3:55 bc times were posted for movies, turns out whole thing is closed due to the storm. and website still has times up like everything is running smoothly.
I have enjoyed every movie I have watched at this theater. The seats are comfy, the facilities are clean, staff is polite. The snack bar is spendy.

If anyone has been to Santicos theaters specifically Casablanca in Alamo Ranch, San Antonio TX the standard for movie theaters has increased. Marques Cinema was ok

Sadly the experience here has gone down hill. Everyone knows you're going to pay a crazy high price for food in a theater and that is fine. However if I'm going to pay $25 for a couple of drinks pop corn and candy then I certainly expect it to be quality. This theater had resorted to cheap green bags that leak thebutter for the large popcorn instead of the buckets they used to use. An obvious penny pinching rip off the customer move. The drinks had no ice. The theater was dirty. Too many other disappointments to list. I've been a customer here for years taking my children out for a movie and snacks. I usually would spend fifty dollars each trip and would visit three times a month. Sadly that is over. Something has changed and my family will not be returning. We will find another theater in a different town who cares about the customer and the family experience.
I have always loved this theater. The people are polite, the theater is clean and we always have a great time.
The theater was empty, that was nice. The seats were not bad, comfy and the seats somewhat recline. The staff are very nice and helpful. The parking is nice as well as the building itself. It's not an IMAX or Dolby Cinema so, you get what you pay for. It only gets 3 stars because it's dirty. The floors are sticky and the seats look like they are rarely cleaned. The sound atmos could be better and the prices of popcorn and drinks are a bit overpriced.

Great place to see the movies! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and spacious. The only thing I would like to see is a movie list along the main road so you can see whats playing as you pass by.

Great local movie theater that has multiple screens and current movies. My wife really loves their popcorn.

Close to home (if you live in crestview) decently priced. Staff is moderately helpful. But if you wanna see a flick and not deal with the crowds in Destin, this is the way to go.

Was disappointed at how filthy the place was. There was popcorn and trash all over the floor of the theater, there was so much dust on the soda machine and the cups to show you the size of the icees, the bathroom stalls had so much dust and a dead cockroach on the floor. The vents were black with how much dust was in them. The entire place needs a major deep clean. Other than that, the service was good and very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for anything.
Too many people sitting around not working. Bathrooms are filthy dirty. The theater itself trash everywhere it's like it hasn't been cleaned ever. I know it's the only game in town and I can deal with that. So I gave it one star.
When it opened it was great and stayed well maintained. Last night I noticed the menu had changed, the bucket of popcorn is gone. The overall impression was a theater that's going downhill. Trash all over the floor, broken soap dispensers, the toilet paper in my stall was wet and smelled of chemicals, the paper towels were empty....
Small but much better than the large chains! Prices are cheaper. Snack quality is better than AMC. Love that they still offer the flavored popcorn salt!
We go at least three times a month. Sound is good, seats are comfortable. Concessions are too expensive, some kids are too noisy, kick your seat and run in and out during the movie. Video games always seem to be out of order. We always take a blanket to be comfy. They should have a type of discount pass for frequent viewers.
Nice place but one thing bothered me. I bought a bottled water there and asked to purchase a cup of ice. Five dollars for an 8 oz. cup. Well finally they gave me some afterall 65 dollars was spent to see the movie
This theater is in dire need of some changes. It was nice..10 years ago..when it opened. Now the wallpaper is peeling off the walls, you can see where there have been leaks behind the walls. Every theater smells like mold/mildew. The sests are busted, or loose, or have stuff stuck to them. There's so much dust on the curtain walls, it's in clumps that you can see...even in the dark. The bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty and/or without toilet paper. Kids are in there a lot pulling things off the wall or filling toilets with gobs of paper and trying to flush them. It needs a serious overhaul and some employees to monitor things better. I gave it 2 stars because the employees are always courteous, and the snack bar is pretty good.
Not crowded and prices are the best of any theatre I've been 2. Nice and clean; bathrooms are clean, too. Friendly employees but the one young lady who waited on us 4 treats was too abrupt and she was creepy looking...
Typical movie theater usually isn't too busy, stadium seating, movable arm rests, token arcade but half the games are broken and all the games take tokens.

Theater is just starting to show it's age. The management needs to look at the repairs to the restroom facilities having a towel dispenser hanging off the wall for months now is just a sign of a greater neglect. but the selection of movies are current and the obscenely overpriced popcorn is fresh popped.
Large - open stadium seating. A little chilli I always take a sweater or blanket.
