J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures, cela fait un mois et demi, je n’ai pas de nouvelles, juste un message pour me dire qu’elle ne sont pas disponibles. Je ne comprends pas qu’on ne me propose pas un remboursement car ils ne savent pas quand j’aurai mes chaussures. Je trouve ça lamentable.
I ordered ballet shoes from them and they were clearly damaged and the soles were dirty. On the website it stated the items could be exchanged or a full refund given as well as the item being returned for free. This greedy company took a return charge and decided not to exchange the shoes. I won t buy from them again. I was a first time buyer and noticed their sizes run small and are not true to size. Very bad service.
To flee! Order still not delivered, customer service giving contradictory information, proposed refund still not received. RUN AWAY !!!
Wouldn't amend order so after 3 weeks I still have no parcel. Cutomer service very unhelpful to help to resolve this.
Bought dancewear for my little sister, she is now in love with her new ballet shoes and leotard. Fast delivery and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered two items, which were delivered quick. I then exchanged one for a different size, which was dealt with easily and redelivered promptly. Very happy.
I bought two pairs of shoes from Move Dance. Due to the Pandemic only one pair made it It seems to be lost in the mail or really delayed. In any case they are replacing the pair that hasn t shown up. With all the confusion in the world they have managed to get it to me. Thanks. Sally Mercer
I cannot praise the quality of the service high enough. They have a great range of Dancewear and the shop Manager Debbie is so knowledgeable and friendly. Their shoe fitting service is excellent.
Terrible company! Don t reply to emails! Don t answer the phone! Just take your money & leave you without your delivery!
Slow to delivery and when it arrived it was clearly the wrong size incorrectly labeled. However, (after several days of silence and several chasing emails from me) I was "told" to post back at my own expense as the goods despatched were correct. Apparently I'm a liar as well as an idiot for buying from these cowboys. AVOID at all costs.

Very very bad, I placed an order for two items, they could only send one, since it was going to take more than the account I wanted to add another item to the order and they told me that it was not possible that if I wanted to cancel everything, I tried to They said a more or less exact date of delivery and there was no way so I had to cancel the order, a disaster come on.
So far not a good experience at all! Ordered on 21st November and have yet to receive the bag and tiara which are for my little girl for Christmas and were due by latest 3rd of December....I still cant get through to anyone on the phone...have had 1 email in response to my mails with no commitment to fix!! They have taken the money though. Very very disappointing.

Item bought on the 29th of November. I didn t read the description which was a lead time of 21 days which is my fault. However this item was not even dispatched till the 22nd of December which is a lead time of 23 days even though it was very obviously a Christmas present. It s expected delivery date is the 28-31st of December which is not good enough especially when the same item on the website was guaranteed to arrive by the 27th when I looked on the 23rd. Really disappointed , get your gear somehwere else
I ordered an item for my daughter for Christmas on 15th November. I was informed that the item would be available in 14 days' time. 19 days later no item, no communication. I emailed - no reply. I phoned and was told item will take at least another 2 weeks. Hopeless. I cancelled the order. I will not be using this company again.

I haven t received my package, tried to email them, no reply, it s been almost two weeks, when am I going to get either my money or the items?
Despite having not taken payment yet; customer services were unable to add an item to my order (even though they had on a previous order) and they unhelpfully cancelled the whole thing.
Although they later said they could reinstate my original order, it didn t seem worth begging them to accept my business so I used another supplier for everything I wanted. There are so many Dancewear shops online, weak customer service really marks out the ones not to use. A shame.
No customer service to talk to at the weekend. Paid for next day delivery and items still haven't arrived yet - due four days after order was placed!
I have been buying my essentials from move dance for years now and I have absolutely loved every product! From ballet tights to their recent brand new collections! Also the ballet shoes are the best ones I ve ever had- will always be getting these from now on!

Parcel didn t get delivered due to wrong address, I had to pay for delivery again so they can send it, when asking for a refund I didn t get my full refund they still charged for delivery! Will not be ordering from again
