not a conglomerate dairy processing plant but a medium sized dairy processing plant, there are not many like this left and this is what makes their milk excellent.
though not organic, this is not the common "ultra-pasteurized" milk thats commonly touted on store shelves, but the kind of milk that could be considered extremely similar in taste and texture to Ronny Brook Farm and Trickling Springs Creamery, considered to be a local dairy processing plant with milk coming from a groups of small cooperative farmers in the upstate NY area, great milk for a great price and certainly much better than the dairy processing plants controlled by Dean Foods whose milk tastes like flavored water.
also processes and packages milk under the brand name "Juniper Valley".
