Was very rude and did not take time to understand the horrible effects that my job has caused me to experience. The person I talked to acted like I have not tried to help myself in the past. I am so disappointed.

The mediation center is one of those hidden gems in Dayton. I used to be a teacher until I attended one of their trainings, which I found to be greatly helpful in my classroom. I then started volunteering and ultimately began working at the center and have been both a mediator and a client. Their staff members and volunteers are top-notch and I'm proud to be a part of such an outstanding organization.

They are a debt collector and they do not notifi you of this. They called saying I needed to get an attorney and when I called back they said wrong number and hung up. I called back again to tell them to remove my number and they hung up on me again and they called me back with the same message. I'm reporting to the FCC for fraudulent collection processes as it is federally illegal to practice the way they do!
For people in conflict, with their neighbors, family members, coworkers or anyone really, the mediators at the Center are their to help you through it. The Mediators help you say what you need to say and listen to each other, so you make decsions about your situation. As a staff person, I see daily how much mediation helps our community.
The DMC is a wonderful community resource for anyone in conflict... There are volunteer opportunities, training opportunities, and of course mediation services. Wonderful place to work and be involved with. Very helpful.
