Mountain Sleep Diagnostics Review

Don t waste your time or money with this company. They do not follow up! It will be up to you to get anything done! They will screw up your tests! They constantly contradict anything that they tell you the next time you speak to them. 100 percent of the time calling, you will be placed on a long hold. It has never taken months for me to get a sleep study and equipment before. I give up with these people. Learn some soft-skills, and train your employees! I will start over with another company. Side note: they have used equipment that they bring to use that smells like cheap perfume and baby powder... At least clean it!

Lat night was my FIRST ever sleep study. I was very nervous...I arrived at 9:30pm to the most caring, wonderful, professional technician... Allison and she made me feel very comfortable and the entire night was easy and not a problem. Allison was GREAT!!!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Stay away from this place. Their make you pay more than you should then they keep your over payment. When you call they keep saying it will be 2 weeks and the billing person is never in. It has been months and still no refund. Worst customer service ever!! It also took months for them to review the sleep study.

Will never go back. Staff at the main office is incompetent, could not send the report to the correct doctor after telling them 4 times. Had to talk to the CEO to get it corrected. Bed was awful at the littleton location. Only positive, was my technician was nice guy.

Did an at home sleep study in 2017. Mountain Sleep Diagnostics communicated with my insurance company and determined my out of pocket expense to be ~$160 which they demanded up front prior to providing the service. The Mountain Sleep Diagnostics representative assured me that the end cost would not be greater than this and that it might be slightly lower but they would refund me any payment overage. Now over 2 years later, I just received a completely new, never seen before invoice for over $400. Multiple things wrong here. Why would the service have cost over $400 more than they indicated? Why would they only send this over 2 years after the service was provided? They claim they had a computer issue, I know of no computer issue that takes 2 years to fix. How can a healthcare consumer make decisions in the marketplace when health care providers can mislead about service costs and may send new invoices at any time for a period of years after the treatment. There is no way to determine what something will cost. Needless to say, I would never use this company again.

Very unprofessional staff, I Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! The ONLY reason they are getting even ONE star from me is because there isn't an option to leave ZERO stars!

Was a privilege to work with them in Colorado Springs! Very respectful. I usually have a hard time falling asleep when not at home, even with medication. It was easy to fall asleep in the clean facility!

My experience was very good. Ryan was very professional, polite, and courteous.he hooked up everything, gave good instructions. I was graded mild. I went to my doctor yesterday, and I do not have to go for the mask, I chose not to , maybe later if I feel it necessary, so for now I am fine.

Long waits faulty equipment. After 1 month of waiting, the delivery guy no showed on dropping off equipment. Then after anothe rmonth, they delievered broken equipment. Wants me to wait a 3rd month. This place is unreal.

I felt right at home. The technician made me feel very comfortable. Everything was clean and pleasant. All procedures were explained and as expected. I would feel fine if I needed to come back for any follow-up.
