Very abusive work environment. No project management implementation. There are times that employees have to work over "consecutive" weekends, and there are times when there are not enough jobs to be done during business hours. This results in flagrant mistakes in design and manufacturing when the backlog is heavy. There is "no quality department" whatsoever! There are tons of Rejects and complaining customers all the time. And the sales and management continue to squeeze employees more and more without ever recognizing how hard they work.
If you are looking for a job, avoid this place by all means. There is no growth opportunity and every day at work is torture.
If you are a client, be aware of lack of quality and abundant errors in the products.
