Nice place to work & Specially management is very good & Supportive

This company is fraud please don't go to any interview through this consultancy. Pankaj over here is fraud. they just steal money from candidates and make them suffer. I have already filed case against this consultancy under fraud charges.

I don't think mount talent consulting service provide good interview environment for guys who come for interview, i had very bad experience with them, and in future will never go for them

i visited to give my Microsoft exam, its like good institute working on multiple things!

they are fake and non professional, they call you for interview and waste time.

I would like to suggest please don't go for F2F interview. they just call the candidate s for F2F with out screening the profiles. I believe their consultant don't know what they are looking for?

The CEO/Director of this company is one of the rudest and pathetic person that I have ever interviewed with. I don't understand how this guy been appointed as a CEO. He doesn't know how to speak with an interviewee. This guy is a complete waste of time. I urge any interviewee to prepare for his useless and baseless questions before going down for an interview.

Worst and pathetic company I have ever worked in. Blood suckers managers and poor level of work ethics can be seen here. They still haven't paid my full amount of salary on full and final settlement. Literally a dustbin

MTC(pronounced Empty Sea) is the worst place where you could go they are looting the government by running the skill development schemes while in reality they running sweat shops and treating the trainees as slaves and deducting the meagre stipend of 2500 they are getting. Full of self proclaimed leaders and the director is a jerk

This is a huge scandle. Please guys don't join with this company for job. They will not provide you complete salary. 1st They will make you join for any job offering certain amount of Salary but when it comes to pay they will eat your salary and give you 30 to 35% of the offered salary. There staffs would misbehave with you. They will not answer your call when you will ask for salary. This is a fraud so called company. They will loot you. They are very unprofessional and misbehaved. Don't waste your time with these frauds.

No job security there .Very very bad firm for work . In my whole life never seen this type of cheapest office . If u r working you don't know which time HR or manager will come and say .i will terminate u . this is management order sorry. mostly Hr are not use full and helpful for employer .there are no rights to say what is right or wrong .they are just statue . Worst, Worst, Worst company I have ever seen in my life. If you go here for interview they will take approx 7-8 rounds of interviews which may contains similar questions apart from this they also take test like mental ability and these all process for a Executive level hiring I am wondering what if they are hiring for manager level post. Guys this is not enough they just spread new mats in their office so you have to open your shoes outside hahaha, even the CEO of this company is roaming barefoot. Go at your own risk.

The work environment is pretty good. People at this corporate are really nice but yeah Director is supportive...!! You get to learn alot here.

Guys don't join this company for job. They will not answer your call when you will asking for salary especialy hr haritika chopra and manager yashdeep bali. if you working you don't know which time hr or manager will calling and say giving me your resignation. Never satisfied any question and always telling a lie salary related question. Company CEO no response any salary related mail. I never seen this type cosaltency.

its true these guys are really not provide for what they call us, Firstly they call us for interview for big brands after that just ask for name profile and then refer to another place. Applicants have to wait for 1 or more then one hour just for 1 minute interview. and in interview HR asked with make faces tell me about yourself.

(PARUL SINGH) DON'T TRUST HER till passing my interview file she was good call message daily ask updated everything ounces after give our test file no response . i think they sell our work for other people

There's no definite procedure to get a candidate overboard. I was called 2-3 times and still not given a proper response from the HR. Providing feedback to the candidate, irrespective of it being positive or negative is important.

Mtc is running mainly Two types of programs one is associated wid bachelor/master degrees of Professional n other one is non professional courses
1--> non professional students r given the task of HR wid 2500 udaan styphen + pg + food. Nd +2500 for working them from morning to evening.
For six months they will suck every single drop of ur blood

2--> for professional students ,, dey will give us a lollipop of SUNTECH INFRA , we have tie up wid SUNTECH blah blah, if dey told u this den please ask give the details of the student of your particular(mec,civil)field that dey have placed in SUNTECH.
In the institute for classroom training, no soft skills will be taught, no PD classes will be given to you, the thing dey do is only DEMOTIVAION. There is no need of engineer, ITI trained r suitable for jobs as they get lower wages blah blah.. no AutoCAD teacher will be provided in full course, dey will say we're interviewing best faculty for you

They provided me the quality resources before the time which we had given to them. Much good things remains to define but in short this consulting firm is great.
