No job security there .Very very bad firm for work . In my whole life never seen this type of cheapest office . If u r working you don't know which time HR or manager will come and say .i will terminate u . this is management order sorry. mostly Hr are not use full and helpful for employer .there are no rights to say what is right or wrong .they are just statue . Available for dance to his owner order .dont worry what will happend with employee .
