Stayed at this hotel 5 times during January and February 2021. The staff is fantastic. Always friendly and trying to accommodate requests. Rooms very comfy and clean. Food is really good, but bit pricey (northern Tanzania is overpriced), and menu items are not always available. Internet is sometimes OK to good and at other times dismal. They are working on improving it though.

Nice place with a lot of good memories to make with the loved ones, offers good customer service, conducive weather, readily available wireless network and yummy local food.
This hotel is world class. Stay here for excellent treatment near the heart of the city. The bars and clubs just across the street are highly recommended. Make sure you venture around the city by foot, bus, or motorcycle, there are many sights to be seen!

Nice hotel with good service and variety of food incl local food, soft drinks, hot drinks, buffet, nyama choma; to mention a few. Very clean and green environment.
