Great Customer Service, Great products. Fast response to technical questions/drawings. Easy product to specify and work with for laboratory casework and fume hoods.

firstly they don't train you, secondly, a good amount of the guys are always angry. They tell you they are willing to hire anyone with disabilities etc. That is not the case, If you have a confidence issue, you wont be hired, if your usually pretty silent, you wont be hired, If you try and make friends, well guess what, everyone is to eat alone at a table. If you work to hard, you'll be fired. Honestly, Managment sucked, you'll see the boss once in a while, you better smile constantly, or guess what. You will be fired. Don't work at Mott, it is a toxic work place, you will hate it. Wages are decent but not enough for the amount of work that has to be done in 8.5 hours. Money isn't worth feeling like your worth dirt for 40 hours a week.

I had a phone interview and I workout everyday at a gym with a trainer I book weeks in advance so I cut my session short to go out and sit in my quiet car to do the phone interview and I just got told that I did not get the job because

The email I got back (The feedback was that you were in the car, and seemed very unprepared, and unorganized, for the interview. They felt this was not a good first impression, and decided not to proceed.)

Mean while I aced the interview I answered everything perfect they just didn't like I was in my car GARBAGE COMPANY STAY AWAY clearly they treat people like garbage here glad I didn't get it
