Worst recuritment process, I had ever seen. First they will call, take hr round , then telephonic round. After that , they will call you for the machine round. Instead of machine round, they were taking written test of technical questions like a school exam. Again 2 technical rounds..n the experience person is also coming by making notes like what to ask..I don't understand if experience person needs to book to ask questions then candidate is more deserving Bec she or he is answering them without using any book..

Poor recuritment process, you are just wasting time of candidate by calling them in your office..just think once, if any of the candidate is coming to you, he or she must have expectations..value the candidate n their time too..
You deserve minus rating..worst Company
