MOTOR Review

One annoying part of the service was due to having not fully repaired an issue the first time (one week prior), and the other part was due to a new issue. While both of these things were correctly addressed and resolved during this service appointment, the vehicle needed to stay at the dealership over the entire week end. On Friday evening (long after the dealership had closed for the week end) I drove past the dealership and saw my vehicle parked in the front row of the quick-service shop's parking area. When I stopped to look at it I found that the vehicle was unlocked, and would have remained that way until Monday morning if I had not stopped. Luckily nothing was missing from the rear seat area of the vehicle, but it certainly should have been locked when the dealership parked it outside for the entire week end.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! This dealership is a diamond in the rough. Everyone there is so nice, informative, and helpful. I never once felt pushed around or taken advantage of. I drove three hours to buy a vehicle from them because their priority is finding you the best option. I WILL CONTINUE TO GO THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP NO MATTER WHERE I LIVE.

My past 10 years of having The Motor Company care for my 2010 Ford Escape Hybrid Has been the best Auto decision I've ever made. Their complete monitoring of my vehicle has allowed me to achieve my goal and desire of 300,000 on a new vehicle!! This done with what could only be refereed to as the "Bare Minimum Maintenance". I also see why Ford began making the Escape Hybrid , again, in 2020! Great to know, now, that I can get another, with even greater technology, a couple of more 100,000 miles down the road!
